The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!”

“Extremely helpful crew. I have the 3rd gen Airpods and the speaker in my right AirPod was blown. First I went to Best Buy (just cause my dad always went there for technical needs), they weren’t much help. So I googled “Apple” and Expercom showed up.Gave them a call to see if they could help, answered all my questions to the best of their ability. Then I went in to get my AirPod serviced.Super easy process, the employees know what they are talking about and can explain it pretty well! The cost is pretty affordable, and they also sent me a link on how to properly update the firmware for my new AirPod so I could do it from work/home.Thank you!”

“Fernando and his team are awesome. We cannot say enough good about everyone at this incredible T-Mobile store. We have a home in Utah and in California and we do our work with the T-Mobile in utah. We even call and talk with them about what would be best for us because they help us more than people online and people in california. Fernando has been with us from the beginning and Utah and we've always worked with him unless he hasn't been there and even when he's not there the other people in the store have been incredible. “The thing that stands out to me the most is how clean and organized it is. The store is huge and the products are well lit. It was so easy to find what we needed. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a gift card which always makes shopping trips even better. The self checkout line seemed to be moving pretty quick and the regular check out stands too. The overall vibe in there was very welcoming. It seems like there is a good selection for whatever genre of product you're looking for.”

Every single employee there was absolutely top tier... Helping and greeting everyone in a friendly and professional, timely manner. I had 3 phones I needed assistance with, and ended up leaving with a nice new one for myself, as well as a free additional line and home Internet router... No money down. I love T-Mobile and have been with them for over a decade. “We've used cricket service as our provider for over 15 years. The service itself is questionable and I'm not always able to get a rep on the phone to help when we experience a problem, but hey...that's what you pay for right? Recently I had an issue with an update on my phone. It required a new device as mine was too old and could no longer be supported. I think the upgrade fees are stupid and the cost of equipment is outrageous however it's a necessary evil in today's day and age.The store clerk who helped me was named Angela. She was super friendly and super quick to let me know she was available to answer any questions about any of the devices. When I finally chose the device she helped transfer all my data, contacts, photos, apps, and help me figure out my 2-step verification for all my email accounts. She didn't have to do those things, but she went the extra mile and then showed me how to use the device so I could at least function. She also helped me save a little money on opening an account for one of my kids.I dislike cricket as a provider, but I was thankful I could walk into the store, without an appointment and receive quality care from an employee.I left the store feeling very well taken care of and the company as a whole could take a few lessons from this girl.”

I live out of state, but have been here in Salt Lake for the entire summer hanging out with my mom.My mother is 83 years old. She drives across the street every single day since this store was built.Esmaeil has been the most amazing person to my entire family. He helps my mother every day. He even knows her number by heart helping her enter it for her discounts.I just can't thank him enough for his kindness and dedication to his customers and to that store!The Store is spotless, well stocked, and so convenient, everyone should stop by to shop and tell Esmaeil hello!!!Thank you soooo much!!ps. Bagels are better in the oven!!”
