“Bought a car battery from this store 2 years ago. Battery was not reliably holding a charge a age 2 years. Went to this store today (12/4/23) without the receipt. They had the receipt on file. They tested the battery, found it to be in need of replacement. They replaced the battery and replaced it, and installed it at no charge, on the spot. “Absolutely amazing experience. Had some body work done and 11 months later it peeled. Chad took care of it, no sweat. Picked it up and it had to be jumped, drove down the street to get groceries and came out to leave, car was completely dead again. Chad sent his guy to jump us again and stayed in contact making absolute share we were good after driving for another 30 minutes..... I can't think of another shop in the valley that would be this good to it's customers!”
“My girlfriend lost her valve stem last night, so I had her tow her vehicle to the Walmart next to my apartment. Came in this morning and Carson was my auto care specialist. Without any question, he drew me up a very reasonable quote to replace the tire if needed, but he was able to replace the valve stem the correct way to make this a $3 repair. After my month of weird luck, I really needed a smooth morning like this. Carson, thank you so much for making this such a simple fix represent what ideal customer service is. “These guys have been in business for three generations! There is a reason why other shops come and go. These guys care and are so helpful. They treat you like family. I've had two trucks, and they've installed bed covers on each of them. Great prices, excellent quality, and very efficient and quality installation. The Back Flip cover I recently purchased was about the same price as on the internet and they installed it.I highly recommend them for truck or Jeep parts as well as lawn and garden equipment. Their Toro snowblowers are less than the same units at Home Depot. Plus, you get to look the owners in the eye and actually learn about the machine and return for service if and when needed”
