“Traveling north on 35E, this morning, going to work, I heard a horrible noise coming from my car, traveling at 75 mph. Exited safely to the service road, and called Randy's Towing. Very polite and courteous was the voice on the phone, with deep concern, she asked if I was involved in an accident, told her no, just had a flat and needed a tow. She offered for a driver, Trey, an outstanding and VERY courteous person came to tow me to their auto repair lot. When we got there, Trey put my spare on and I was on my way. Had he not been able to change my tire, Crystal offered to give me a ride to work. Complete satisfaction and pure joy at their customer service! HUGE thank you for all your help this morning. “I broke down over the weekend and needed my car towed home, so I called Hook'd Towing. Chris the owner called me and said they can tow my car and could possibly fix the issue. I explained what my car was doing and he stated he would like to tow it to his shop and diagnose it to see if they can fix it. Jeremy took excellent care of my vehicle while towing.Not even a few hours after they had my car they diagnosed the problem and said they can get it fixed by 4pm that day. Before the end of the day I was able to drive my car back home with warranty and free adjustments.Chris is very knowledgeable and was transparent with me every step of the way. The price for my fix was fair and nicely priced definitely no where near where what i had in mind. If you need a tow or your car fixed Hook'd Autocare is your place!”

“Randy and his wife were so nice! Went in for a brake issue and they quoted me a reasonable price for rotors and brake pads. Gave me a ride after I dropped car off and picked me up after repairs. Took 3 hours after I dropped car off.Guys! This is a honest locally owned company. I highly recommend their business.”
