“Reserved vehicle on Priceline far in advance, picked up here at Fox Avenue location in the strip mall. Much cheaper than any other option. Was worried because price was so low. They did answer the phone when I called with a question. No problems. Good service.”

“Good experience, easy. I should have written the employee's name down to thank him, but I was running late. He took care of us when their corporate office couldn't, ran into an issue with being stuck behind a 2 hour traffic jam. (18 wheeler jacket knifed across a two lane road, no fatalities thank goodness) and we weren't going to be able to return the rental before they closed. Their corporate office customer service wanted to charge us an extra $300, thank heavens this location and their staff had a better solution.”
