“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him.
