Zero stars. The only veterinarian at this place misdiagnosed my little young pup with a progressive terminal disease with a touch of her finger, while she was sitting on the floor playing with her. Then she laughed and said not to worry about it. I called crying after the visit with this insensitive vet and she again was laughing with her coworkers while I was crying on the phone. This was the very last time I went there. I found an experienced compassionate vet who said, "Absolutely the wrong diagnosis, your little one has nothing wrong with her, she's perfectly healthy."If you go here, please get a second opinion if your pet gets a diagnosis of anything at this place. It caused me too much heartache to hear this from this vet and will never forgive her for this. Never

The entire staff at World of Animals go out of the way to make sure my pet gets great care. They communicate regularly throughout procedures and follow up to make sure things are on track. I have a great deal of confidence entrusting them with the wellbeing of my puppy. Finally the clinic is well organized, all staff are friendly, and it is easy to get the paperwork you need for record keeping and insurance. Would absolutely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a reliable vet for their pet.

Dr. McMahon and her team at World of Animals are the best in the business! Dr. McMahon is an experienced clinician with a compassionate bedside manner that put me at ease over concerns about my dog’s medical condition. Additionally, my dog instantly fell in love with her technician, Sadie, who expertly handled him throughout the appointment. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I can't believe it! I've been going to this vet for nearly two years now, and today they had the to cancel my appointment just because I was 15 minutes late. I even called ahead to let them know we might be running late. We are walking 30min from our apartment in cold winter . We arrived there 15min late , we are already in the their door and they call me and telling me I have to reschedule or cancelled. What a ridiculous excuse for canceling! Fine, if they don't want to provide the service, There are plenty of other great vets in the area that I can go to instead! This is just unacceptable!

This team of vets mishandled the euthanasia of friend’s beloved dog Leeroy.First, Amber Lee sedated Leeroy without consent from his owner. She then tried to justify the action by stating that the dog wasn’t “unconscious” just “sleeping”. This then resulted in my friend having to wait for the sedation to wear off, so she could talk to him one last time. Although she was able to say goodbye, it also prolonged an already traumatizing situation. After that Casey McMahon promised to treat his remains carefully, by returning the sweater that he was put to sleep in. This also didn’t happen. He was cremated with his sweater and it can’t be returned. When my friend enquired what had happened she was laughed at and dismissed by the office staff. The entire office was unprofessional and unapologetic and have blocked my friend and several other reviewers speaking out about this incident.I’m sure they’ll block me and whoever else next.

An abandoned kitty cat found us, and we wanted to give her a proper checkup. We were very lucky to get an appointment at World of Animals on a very short notice (thank you, Aryan, for helping with the initial scheduling and check-in!)The Doctors/vet techs were very friendly, compassionate, and helpful, explained everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. This was the very first vet visit for Pumpkin, so the Doctors have gone an extra mile to make sure we get as much information from the visit as possible and cover all the bases with shots/vaccines, tests, ultrasound, and even an x-ray.Thank you so much to the Doctors and vet techs who saw us and helped us out (Aryan, Sadie, Elsie, Amanda)! Pumpkin has a new home now and is very happy!P.S. I might be misremembering names, so hopefully everyone who helped us can get proper credit due based on the date and time of our appointment :) Thank you so much again!

Dr. Cravens is very knowledgeable and compassionate. The whole staff has been wonderful every time we call for appointments and/or seek advice. We would highly recommend your team to our neighbors and friends.

GREAT practice in a great neighborhood. Scheduling an appointment was super easy over the phone (they had an appointment opening a week out) and the person I talked to was very friendly. I arrived very early for my appointment and (because my cat was yelling in his carrier) they were kind enough to let us into an exam room early to wait in private. We ended up being seen before the appointment time, which I really appreciated!! Dr. Nelson and all staff we saw were fantastic: energetic, knowledgeable, compassionate, and great with my moody cat! Prices were very reasonable and I will absolutely continue to bring my cat and future pets.

Worst vet clinic in all of Philadelphia. When my dog was in his final stages, they had no doctor to help him. Do not bring your pets here. Instead go to Art City Vets where they care about you and your animal.

I had an important medical question about my pet. I called and left a message to speak with the doctor because there was undoubtedly going to be follow-up questions.Instead of receiving a call back from the doctor I got an email from Lord knows who with not only insufficient information supplied by said subordinate . I emailed because the customer service in the email did not exist. Implying that I didn't have the common sense to try and find a sitter that could accommodate our need was beyond the pale of insulting. I know I would have been fired if I ever insulted a customer, even if it was unintended. Finally, your office manager, what qualifications does she have to make comment on the health of any animal? I realize she works in a vets office but all I could tell was that she was just regurgitating the same note. Just because your the assistant to the head of cardiology you should not be discussing open heart surgery. Then, as your paying customer, your office manager proceeded to get speak to me in a manner where I would think she owned the practice not managed it. I still demand an apology for the impertinence of the email and being brushed off by the doctor.I would however like to speak to the owner of this practice. I would appreciate that message being passed along unless you can provide their contact information. This is not the first instance of being brushed off by your staff. If the owner could please call me at their earliest convenience I would appreciate it. My number thanks.Zev

Best veterinarian in Rittenhouse. Everyone is friendly and loving, which immediately earned my trust. They take great care of my lab, Hendricks, and never push unnecessary/costly meds or procedures. Great staff AND pricing

I had the unpleasant experience of putting down my baby boy (orange cat). That being said they laid out the reality to me kindly. They did what they could to let me spoil him with food, time, and let him pass away purring in a box with me petting him.

I just had an amazing experience with Danielle at World of Animals at Rittenhouse. I called in to see if they accepted walk-ins for dog vaccinations due to our dog needing to be brought up to date on her rabies vaccine. We are traveling so we didn't know much about the area and couldn't book something out too far in advance. Danielle advised that although unfortunately they did not accept walk-ins; she went out of her way to direct me to multiple other locations within the area that did. It's this level of customer service that is unparalleled and I can only imagine that a place that takes care of its customers this way would also be somewhere I'd want to be taking care of my pets. Thank you Danielle, World of Animals is lucky to have you.

Friendly and Dr DiLeo really cares about his Animals, we took our newly adopted dog and he really took the time to check everything with my dog and at the end my dog got home with some good gifts!
