This is a huge asset to Chestnut Hill and Mount airy and all locations where they have outposts. Selection is small but well curated. The sandwiches in Chestnut Hill are top notch. Sometimes the floor service or cashiers can be a little uneven, but that is to be expected given the part-time nature of their roles so it is forgiven.

Amazing grocery store. I cannot imagine not having this store nearby. An abundance of organic produce and groceries and a large prepared food/deli section.

#41of 100 . I absolutely love the idea of a small local Chestnut Hill grocery store with a local co~op for their locally sourced fruits and veggies. Our family picked up milk and a few items but said they come here often since close to home. Their customer service was impeccable as I saw 1 of the cashiers run after someone who forgot a bag of groceries and was kind to him as she made sure he didn't leave without his purchases. The staff seemed happy, friendly and engaging to all their customers. Return: definitely

I love this Co-op! It's been a little over a year since I had to move from Philadelphia. Lucky I stayed down the street and was able to shop for food after a long trip. Fresh vegetables and fruits, the staff was kind and helpful. If you're looking for local grown produce and small business brands that are of good quality, this is the place for you.

Love the selection of gluten free and vegan choices here! My kids have multiple food allergies that rule our eggs, dairy, and gluten and I was able to find some great options for an impromptu picnic!

Great small co-op! I didn’t realize there are two side by side locations. One houses only the bath and body goods while the other houses everything else such as food and toiletries. I went here seeking something very niche and they had it! The fresh baked goods are tasty too. Great selection of fresh foods.

I did enjoy shopping here however today, my experience was very unpleasant I came just to grab a croissant and there was a cashier just staring in the air, I looked to see of there was a line and there wasn’t so I asked was she open, she looked up as if she was looking at a clock or something in the air then said idk is there a line, then the make cashier next to her began to laugh and say next in line loudly but there were no customers in the usual line along the wall. I just walked over to the first cashier and checked out, however a male customer came up and the cashier who clearly did not want to assist me greeted him happily. I have worked in customer service as a manager and this was unacceptable, I will not longer patronize this business it’s too many other shopping options.

I've been shopping at the Chestnut Hill location for close to three years and appreciate the fresh produce and friendly associates. Lately, I've been purchasing chicken salad hoagies for a sick relative (that's all he wants to eat) and noticed in the last few sandwiches some other type of meat that was not part of the chicken salad. Yikes! I no longer trust the folks making the sandwiches and will prepare my own from now on using their chicken salad, which is delicious.

This Co-op food store in Chestnut Hill is fantastic. If you are into eating healthy eating or consider yourself a "Foodie" this store is for you. A great place fir vegans and vegetarians too. Locally grown produce that is top notch. A great selection of cheeses and chatcuterie meats. They make wonderfully fresh and delicious sandwiches too. Now it is a little pricey but well worth it. They also take EBT. I recommend it stopping in if you are ever in the area.
