“Moving, no matter the distance, is stressful and unpleasant. My boyfriend and I weren’t moving far, but were completely overwhelmed after trying to move our things bit by bit. From the moment I requested an estimate from Gentle Giant, I received nothing but amazing service. On the day of our actual move, three charming, funny and considerate guys showed up at our door (early)! James A., Stephen C and Mikyas B. were a dream team. They took great care with all our furniture and offered to take more than what we had listed on our estimate inventory. They helped move our art collection and a closet full of clothes on hangers, all things we had considered moving in our car. There were some issues going into our new building (a service elevator that was down and painters who were finishing up). But these guys were professional, taking everything in stride. I know I was so anxious about the move, but they put me at ease. Even though there were extra charges added at the end, the total amount was still way less than what we had expected. Hands down would recommend Gentle Giant to anyone who needs to move!”

I had the pleasure of working with Pete, Taci, Jamal and Mike and they were all kind, attentive, and wonderful to work with.They worked hard as a team over two days to pack my two-bedroom apartment and move everything to my new location across state lines. They were sure to label the boxes well and upon arrival, they were diligent with asking where to put any items in question to make it as easy as possible for me to start the "fun" of unpacking. When an unexpected washer water situation arose, they quickly problem-solved as a team and helped take care of it. “Found these guys through a recommendation, and I'm very pleased with their work! They came a little late, but they texted me beforehand, which was nice. It was only like 15 minutes, so not a big deal. (a while ago on another move I'd used a different company, and woo boy, like night and day!). I had packed up everything, and the three-man team practically flew through! Then they got the rest of my stuff from my storage unit. It was a 10'x10' packed to the door, and even that went very quickly! Ended up having to wait a little while for my elevator slot at my end destination, but better early than late! “I'm so glad we hired Mac Movers instead of trying to do it ourselves. Andrew was amazing with communication and very understanding of delays on our end. On moving day Andrew and Nick were there on time and immediately put us at ease with their calm but focused demeanor. We've been moved in for a couple weeks now and unpacked a lot of boxes, but so far we haven't found a single thing damaged – including a dresser that falls apart if you look at it the wrong way, which I forgot to warn them about. They took great care of our stuff, managing to safely and securely tetris a 2-bedroom house's worth of stuff into one 15-ft truck. Their hourly rate was also more than fair. Hire them and it'll be the easiest and least stressful part of your move!”

“On March 4, 2024, I moved from a two story house to an apartment in a large complex. I was concerned about the efficiency of the movers once they arrived at my new home. There were many residents around and traffic. Little did I know how well things would go. I had a four man team of Lamont (the boss ) Andre, Christopher and Shaq. They were all courteous, well mannered gentlemen who also happened to be super hard working, strong and fast. They moved me from start to finish in approx 4 hours, and didn't damage any of my belongings. Lamont even helped me with decorating ideas. On top of all that, they were reasonably priced and upfront about all costs. I can't say enough good things about Superior Moving. Thanks so much, Mark, to you and the guys! AA 8 Q superior moving”

They moved large furniture and disassembled/ re-assembled everything with care. Honestly the way they got our furniture in our lofted space with narrow stairways was some kind of a miracle. I also collect house plants ( I have over 100), and NONE of the plants were damaged at all!!! Not even any lost leaves!Like mentioned our move was tricky, and even though it took much longer than expected, the guys kept good attitudes and were determined to make sure it was as stress free as possible for us!Would highly recommend!”
