Didn't think I'd go into a Mattress Store and leave with new music reccomendations.. Steve Kohan is a real genuine human being. I was expecting to go to four or five different stores and just ignore the workers as I didn't want to engage in predatory sales practices and wanted to just trust the feel I get from the mattresses. I'm glad I took the time to chat with Steve Kohan, as I didn't have to go to anywhere other than my first stop at Mattress Warehouse. I was even initially going to brush off his recommendation after the sensor test they have to match you with your fit. But after briefly chatting, I could tell he wasn't just confident in the machine. He was confident in HIMSELF and his knowledge. In his own words, the machine simply confirms what he already knows. He was very calm, hospitable, and listened to my budgetary needs in his recommendation, which just so happened to be one of his favorite mattresses to recommend to people in my price range. He explained that with my budget this gives me the best of both worlds in terms of not just having a latex or foam mattress, its a spring mattress with a lumbar foam support across the way. I had thought spring mattresses were a thing of the past, and he really made me eat my words when I laid on the bed. I immediately thought it was perfect, and was blown away. The mattress arrived the very next morning, and I am so happy I let Steve Kohan direct my purchase.If anyone needs to get a new mattress and you don't know where to start, or even if you THINK you know where to start, come here and ask for Steve Kohan. The mans been doing this for 30 years and KNOWS his stuff. Not just about Mattresses, but music as well. By the end of the purchase we were rocking out to Queens first album on his phone. I don't think I'll ever forget that. It was an incredible experience, and true genuine human moment of real connection that doesn't happen as often as it should anymore in todays age. Thanks for being a real one, Steve. You really made my Friday, and this new bed is going to make my year!

We worked with Steve at Mattress Warehouse in Bala Cynwyd. He was very helpful and patient. Steve spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the mattresses and what would work best for us. We learned a lot from Steve. We are pleased with our purchase and recommend you ask for Steve. It was a good experience.

Excellent service by Carelyn! We came in to try for a couple of mattresses, but we never imagined the personalized service we were about to get. We even tried their "bed match" device. We got great deals and tips from Carelyn.I personally loved the experience, I trust this store.

He walked us through the process of finding the perfect mattress to fit our needs, was very knowledgeable, and was patient answering all of our questions. Gary in Bala-Cynwyd mattress warehouse is the best. He used a computer to help us find the most comfortable mattress in our budget and OMG when he told us that he could make that mattress feel even better and showed us the Adjustable base . My husband and I can not wait till our delivery on Saturday. Thank you Gary for your expertise. If you want to sleep better, go see Gary in Bala-Cynwyd.

Daniel did a really good job taking care of my mom when she came in to buy a mattress for our new home last year. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Will definitely return to buy another one in the near future

Randy did an incredible job and sold me my mattress. I had shopped around prior and felt they were too expansive. Randy told me everything honestly and found my dream bed/pillow. I’d DEFINITELY recommend this place, and I’m so grateful!

1st impressions are always the best impressions... Randy was way beyond informative, helpful and Amazing! Originally we went to Mattress Firm and they almost had us buying a used bed a "sleep trial bed" without even telling us... we thought it was just the floor/discounted model but thanks to Randy he informed us it was a used bed.... then they had us almost purchasing the base at a lesser price only to find out it was the Mattress Firm Base which means if my temper pedic will not cover any motor damages, etc. Bottom line, I am grateful that they would not accept cash which means I had to make a bank deposit ... which lead me here to Randy at Mattress warehouse... he knows his stuff and has superb customer service and will work for you... I will continue to do business with him and will tell all my friends... to check him out! Ohhh did I mention "Free Delivery"... yes its free!!Thanks Randy will are going to LOVE OUR BRAND NEE NEVER SLEPT ON TEMPER PEDIC SET!! ❤❤❤
