But what was the most impressive aspect of my experience with mattress warehouse was a gentleman by the name of Jackson. You see a day or so after I bought the mattress, I had a change of heart and then had a change of heart back to, my original purchase. I know he doesn’t get commission on deals he doesn’t sell. But what this remarkable young man did to save the sale is of a greater significance to me anyway. He was understanding, paid attention to detail and listened to my insanity and did everything he could to getting mmy delivery back on the track. “I went to purchase a smart bed and, which I did and, the manager was really nice and helpful, my problem was waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and, on the day of arrival they was really late that put me behind on my schedule and, then barely explained quickly but they was nice. So they put the bed together and, the bed was messed up because the stickers was removed from the legs and, the bed was very wobbly and, the other technician that came on on friday because the bed was delivered on a Wednesday. So they told me that the parts had to be order and customer service calls me and said I had to wait until they arrived at my house and the next appt would be 9/20 really and the the tech said I needed a bar for the mattress, so customer service said 30.00 what I just got the bed and 2300.00 dollars, get ne a manager, so that was fixed but, I dont like I have to be in a wobbly bed and still have wait another few weeks for parts. I'm really thinking about returning this bed. ?”

A salesmen yes, but I believe this was Bernies calling. He was smoother than ice, built to sell these Rolls-Royce of comforts. A-Slim man, six feet, with a Hugh knowledge of mattresses circulating under his mask. Moreover, he broke us down like first grade, and riding a bike for the first time! Yes we went in thinking, we have a bed in thought and no one can change our minds. LOL, that wasn't the story. After an education in beds 101, we got a super bed that came with a great price. Furthermore, I wish all salesmen acted like Bernie. Totally awesome experience…..5 stars Bernie.”
