Been a member for 5 years. This place is insanely expensive for what they offer. It's a tiny wash that barely cleans your car. They have 4 broken vacuums and don't even clean their trash cans. The only reason I came here was because it was close to home. Today was really bad. Was targeted and told that I was "detailing". All I did was clean my windows and doors. Same as everyone else does. Watched them make a man wait for a woman who was there substantially longer then I wait. But once another man came I was told I need to move my car immediately. To add insult to injury the curly hair manager showed no empathy to the situation and could care less about the situation as she sat in her office chair with her leg on the seat and phone in her hand. She unwilling offered an apology and had no problem with me canceling the account! This place sucks, don't go here unless you can be fast enough for them and get out their way so they can get back to doing nothing

The only reason I go here is because it’s close to home, I can wash my car everyday (my car gets dirty from construction sites) with my monthly plan and they have free vacuum. This place has gotten worst by the minute. The guys that dry your car do a HORRIBLE job! They don’t wipe your windows CLEAN and they leave all the blue water all over your car. I have to wipe my car down again when I get home. They do not spray your wheels and they only spray one side of your car upon entering the carwash. I can’t wait to find a monthly carwash plan ELSEWHERE because this ain’t it!

I do not recommendPaid $50 and expected the interior and exterior to be cleaned including the stains. Missed a lot of the spots. I opened my trunk. The area around the trunk was completely filled with dirt. I suggest you look over your car before you leave.They keep washing the same spots, they do not take the steps to see if they miss anything. I asked one spot to be cleaned and he responded, "nobody will see it"Be firm.

They do a very good job cleaning my vehicle. Also, they have an app that you can use to pay a monthly subscription so you can wash your car anytime.

I have the monthly subscription and it's super easy and very convenient. I visit anytime I'd like, almost everyday lol. Customer service is great! Experienced a slight inconvenience and one of the workers immediately accommodated me!Services: Polishing
