My man with the noble locs fixed a completely smashed phone in 20 minutes.The back was smashed too, and while he didn’t have the part to replace the back at the time, he still took care to reattach some silly but sentimental stickers that were peeling off the shattered rear glass, securing them behind the see-through phone case.Fast, honest, thoughtful service.

Had a bad experience here. Took my phone to get the charging port replaced as it was no longer charging (I tried 3 different chargers before going in). Got to the store and they told me it was charging without any issue at their store. I took it home and tried 2 more chargers, and it still wasn't charging. Took it back and asked for them to replace the charging port regardless of whether it was charging with them or not. They took my phone and had me pay full price ($130) up front. Then, it took 3 weeks for them to fix the phone. I picked it up and I tipped an additional $20, and I took it home and it worked fine. Then 2 days after their 30 day guarantee ended, my phone stopped charging again. I took off my case and realized that they did not reseal the phone properly and the back of my phone is coming off. $150 for my phone to work only 1 month with a new charging port. I would not recommend and I will not be going back.

Although I hadn't initially intended to use iGeeks' services, their business practices have had a noticeable impact on my daily routine: Working at Mainline CBD, right beside iGeeks in the Exton Mall, I've become privy to some of their past issues. I've been informed by coworkers about instances of loud arguments and disturbances at their store, which reportedly spilled over into our shared area, causing discomfort for us and our neighboring businesses. Another recurring concern is their lack of punctuality. Frequently, their customers approach me, inquiring about their delays. I used to attempt to explain, but the frequency of these encounters has led me to abandon such efforts. It appears they place little importance on timeliness. Regarding customer interactions, there's room for improvement. Their approach often seems detached from customer concerns, giving the impression that profit takes precedence over customer satisfaction. Recalling my own experience, I once visited iGeeks to have my camcorder repaired. Regrettably, the person in charge was engrossed in a phone conversation and didn't attend to my needs, which felt dismissive. To summarize, while I had no intention of engaging with iGeeks directly, their practices have indirectly affected our work environment near them. Addressing their punctuality and enhancing their approach to customer interactions would contribute to a more harmonious atmosphere at the Exton Mall.

These guys are the real deal. I came to them with a iphone that had a bad battery and a cracked back glass after another repair store did shoddy repair work. Adam was friendly, and completed the job in only a couple of hours for an extremely reasonable price. I don’t hope my phone cracks again, but if it ever happens I know this iGeeks spot is where I’ll be coming to get it fixed.

Went in because my iphone screen was unresponsive. Guy at the front desk fixed it in 30 seconds at no charge and was super friendly. Highly recommend.

I recently went to the Temple location. My phone was not charging. I was told I needed a new port. Paid $30.00 up front. Told it would take 3 days. After 6 days, I called to check on order status. Still no part. 2 days later, got a call. I waited about an hour while Adam fixed it. Battery seemed to be charging but now I couldn't get a connection or onto Web. I assumed it was because battery needed to be charged. MY BAD!!! I started to pay my $30 balance, now the CC machine is not working? Adam says I have to pay by Venmo. But I was having problems with my phone!!!??? He got me connected to Venmo, I paid AND gave him a $5 cash tip. Next morning, after charging all night, still couldn't make phone calls or get on web. I walked down to Metro, where I purchased the phone and told the manager what happened. He opened it up and said the antenna was damaged and that's why I couldn't get a signal. He believed it was damaged during the repair, since it was functional the previous day. I could have gone back to I-geeks. I chose not to because 1) I'd have to take 2 buses each way (time and money), 2) the store is extremely HOT ( no air conditioner), 3) no place to sit( I have a disability) and 4) I wasn't in the mood to argue with Adam. I knew management would say it was my responsibility to make sure it was working properly before I left. My mistake???? I TRUSTED Adam AND gave him a TIP!!! In retrospect, I should have cancelled the work order when the part wasn't in in 3 days. Even if I lost the $30 deposit. Instead, I waited 8 or 9 days without a functional phone, spent $60 for a repair and had to buy a new phone anyway!!! Next time, I'll just buy a new phone. BP

Worst repair store I’ve been too. IGeeks has possession of my PS4! They’ve had my system since December of 2021 until now.. I’ve called in multiple times to get updates on my game. THIS IS CRAZY!! To have my system all year? Just so you guys can tell me you can’t fix it????
