Let's talk about Gene! Ok, so I live in Boston. Gene thoroughly inspected a vehicle I purchased from a dealer a mile away from his shop. Gene gave me the good and bad which ultimately lead to my purchase. He provided me excellent customer service, he was affordable, patient and answered all of my questions. I drove my infiniti back to Boston with confidence because of Gene's attention to detail. Thank you so much!

The service has changed now ,since when I have visited back in 2019. The price is still fair but quality went down. The woman with the help of manager inspected (not PA Emission ) my car and gave me inappropriate decision. So, I had to waste my time and money by going to other auto repair shops . After all my issue in this shop was not resolved but I was unfairly charged. When I asked why I need to pay if my issue was not resolved , I was told by manager that they lifted my car and spent their time. I had to spend money again and go to another shop where professionals resolved my issue. I will never go back to this shop again :(It wasn't PA emission inspection. I am talking about my vehicle issue and they needed to inspect it, to come up with their decision.

Great place, and knowledgeable mechanics. Went there for an oil change, and I had some other issues with my front axle, they were able to quickly figure it out. They don’t push to sell you anything you don’t want.Thanks guys!

I have been using G&I Auto Repair for many years and every time I come here I get great service. Today at the appointed time I came to change the brake pads on my truck. And as always, the work was done quickly, efficiently and inexpensively. I again immersed into the atmosphere of comfort and goodwill.
