I've been coming here for at least twenty years. It's a small, neighborhood dealer so you get a personal feel compared to a corporate-run dealership. The downside to a private own dealer is you don't get the same amenities you would with a larger dealer, such as shuttle service or free car wash with your service.

I am not happy with the 2014 Ford King Ranch I bought off of Dunphy Ford. a few months ago the truck was over price and needed lots of work I didn't realize the truck needs a bunch of work untill after 2 months after buying the truck it needed and i had to put new tries on the truck and the brakes were shot and rotos and there was is a big bang in the drive train or rear which I took to another Ford dealership to get severed but they couldn't figure out what is wrong with truck i still have the problem and I also had to change out the rear leaf spring bushings that were bad and the shocks are bad to on the truck and there's a litte miss fire in the motor also I also had to replace the O2 sensors both of them they went bad I also had to do oil change and radiator fluid chance on the truck and also there lots of rust on the truck the hole cab lower conner on the passenger side is rusting out real bad I didn't notice it at first it was hiding the rust when I bought the truck now it's starting to show real bad the rust and I had to put new wipers on the truck yeah they sold me a lemon you think for 32,000$ they would have serviced the truck for me and inspected it and fixed the issues on the truck for me but no they didn't I learn my lesson now never buy a truck form a dealership without getting it looked over real good and having everything fixed and serviced Yeah just Be careful and beware when you buy a truck or car from dunphy make sure it has no hiding rust on the truck or car and they service the hole truck for you before you buy it off them Yeah I don't want to see anyone end up like me or get ripped off by Dunphy my truck has been in and out of the Ford dealership for repairs like four times since I owned the truck

Went for vehicle inspection/emissions and got told the machines were having a hard time reading the vehicle. And that they need to take it on a $65 drive run. Since when TF does it cost to drive a customers vehicle!? Pure scam tactics just to milk more money out of you. Oh I almost forgot to mention that I was there for nearly 5hrs on a vehicle that needed nothing. Do NOT come here unless you want to be scammed. Never again!

Had to put truck in shop for a recall. Less than 30 miles later the truck made a bang and then grinding noise. I had to pay for towing to get it back to their shop. It sounded like they didn't tighten the bolts on the driveshaft connector that was the reason for recall

Originally I gave this dealer 5 stars for buying a vehicle in "excellent condition". Far from it - upon closer inspection, the vehicle had MAJOR paint and body flaws, which the dealer initially agreed to pay. Upon further inspection there are even more flaws, to which the dealership has not responded. I am completely upset with the condition and the work needed to be done on this vehicle. They also lied to me about wholesaling my vehicle, which now sits on their lot for 4k more than they gave me. Buyer beware! Mark Singer, their used car mgr and Jim Malloy, who happens to be a relative of the GM there, are only put to make money. They will tell you they are a "small, honest dealer" but that could not be further from the truth. Although they covered 3100 in the initial paint estimate, there is much more to be done. The mechanical condition of the vehicle was deplorable, with a disgusting air filter, cabin air filter, and extremely low coolant. Beware

I concur with previous reviewers that Dunphy is AMAZING to deal with -I have dealt with good dealerships and bad in my life and I would say Jim Molloy and his team are among the bestQuality vehicles at great prices; kindness, professionalism and honesty with all of my dealings...I would recommend Dunphy ahead of ANY Ford or Lincoln dealership in the tri state area - better than Holman, Lawrencville, to name a fewI will be looking forward to dealing with these great folks again soon for an upgrade - it was a pleasure dealing with all of them.

I did extensive research because I wanted a particular car with a certain option package. The closest dealership where one was located as Dunphy Ford in Philadelphia. We called early that afternoon to see if we could view the car and it was not currently available at the dealership, but the salesperson, Jim Molloy, told us he would get it back and have it available for viewing by the time we arrived. We got there and as promised the car was available to look over and test drive. We decided to make the purchase, but Jim insisted he wanted to detail the car before we took possession. Because it would have been inconvenient to make a return trip to get the car the next day, he arranged to get it delivered to our door. During the afternoon of the next day, the car arrived at our driveway, showroom ready! How could we ask for more. I give great thanks for Jim's effort to make this a pleasant purchase experience. How often can you say that about a car purchase? No doubt, he had the help of others in Dunphy Ford's organization, so I consider this a good place to look for a car - I certainly had a great experience there.
