I visited the store today. I was greeted very warmly and assisted in very polite, professional manner.There is so many beautiful items at the store and I was pleasantly surprised at their very reasonable prices. Very happy with my purchase and overall the entire experience. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Just had my Pomeranian and chihuahua taken care of by Brian. Very sweet and attentive guy. Recommended some good products to help with my dogs separation amxiety. It's rare that I go to this location but was glad that I did today. Excellent customer service please keep up the good work

Just had a bad encounter with the staff who insinuated I had showed up for grooming without an appointment (I did make an appointment but she grilled me about who I spoke with and what time). Said I probably had the wrong store (why did I know the groomer's name??). Then rather than addressing the issue by helping me reschedule, proceeded to make me wait while she checked out other people who arrived after I had.

Vg so far we only went in for a nail clipping but our dog was a rescue & so frightened of lots things! sarah did very well & caring & clipped & our sweetie took well to her & it.. will be returning with a full review as getting out 2 dogs groom next week!! Store is stocked nicely! Dee

My mini golden doodle has been getting cut by sarah for over 2 years now. Never a disappointment!! He will never go to anyone else for his haircuts. The absolute best!

Took my 9 month old Australian Labradoodle for her first grooming at Doggie Style Pets (DSP), and the overall experience was a good one. I located the groomer, Sarah on Instagram and her contact info was listed in her bio, so I called in to get an appointment. The earliest available appointment was 2 months out , so I snagged it up. Upon entering, Doggy Style Pets gives all the warm and fuzzies for dog parents. There was a large variety of toys and treats. Me and my dog were greeted right away, I signed the typical first time visitor waiver for grooming services and then in a few moments was introduced to the groomer. Sarah was friendly and we briefly talked through my hopes from the appointment. She did disclose ( and I already knew) that my dog had a ton of matting in hard to reach areas, so she'd do her best to keep what hair she could while keeping my dogs health in mind. The grooming took about 2hrs and I received a call when my pup was ready to be picked up. Overall DSP were polite and friendly, and I'd likely return from regular grooming upkeep. Services received: Full Groom & dematting Includes: Full Haircut, Bath 'n Brush Service, Sanitary Paw/Pad Trim, Nail Trim & Ear Cleaning Price: $95

Horrible experience. Took pup here and groomer did not even try to accommodate some matting and instead partially shaved instead of trying to comb matts. I was able to get the rest out at home after within minutes. Additionally, big razor cut on the pups stomach and when asked what happened they said they didn't know. Whole cut took 45 min. Clearly just trying to rush to get more customers without care to the pets. Will never go back for a groom. On the bright side, front staff were pleasant and there was a nice variety of dog items.

I went there out of boredom and I was able to play with Tyrone one of the dogs there and I immediately fell in love with him and I look forward to adopting him at some point within a few months I really like/love him

I have been a long-time customer of DSP Pine; over the years I've had my dogs groomed there. I have to say that grooming service has really fallen off over the past several months. Awhile ago I made appointments for my 2 dogs to receive a full grooming; when I got there they said they only booked for a wash. I don't book for washes as I can bathe them at home, and was very disappointed they couldn't be groomed that day. I made another appointment a couple weeks later; they called to cancel and re-schedule. The re-schedule was also ultimately cancelled as their groomer called off. Whomever called me (possibly the manager?) was very apologetic and offered a 25% discount for the next time I used their services. When I did finally get the dogs groomed the 25% off was not applied. I took both dogs in today for full grooms; the groomer was significantly late and not the least bit apologetic as far as I could tell. The other employee did apologize. They are great in other services and carry the special food my dog needs; I'm sure I'll continue to shop there but am likely going to look for another grooming service.

Hi! My name's Fitria and this shop is my go to! But today, I got a big help from Tara and she was amazing! 5 stars out of 5. When I came in she's already juggling with 4 different customers plus their pawbabies. Can you believe? She helped me with smile and bubbly attitude. What a rockstar and I'm impressed. She deserves a raise in this panoramic time (lol but seriously!) Ok??!
