I love coming to City of Paws Pet Care for the self- wash. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the session. I love how you pay based on the time you spent in the baths. This is helpful for me because I will overestimate how much time it will take to wash my large dog in the event she is not as cooperative as I would hope.

Love it! It’s local and not high prices!! I just discovered this place last week just by taking a stroll with my granddaughter and I just had to stop in thinking that I wasn’t going to see a small pet section and I am so glad that I was, because it definitely did have a small pet section and it’s filled with my favorite OXBOW brands and it’s great prices!! This is my new pet care place for life!

Took our two pups there for a bath session. They provide the shampoo and conditioner as well as a blow dryer and towels. So it is a super convenient location to bathe your furry friends. We also booked an hour session but only uses 30 minutes, C.o.P. only charged us for the 30 min

I love using City of Paws for the self serve dog wash. They charge based on the time you book the tub for. Price is very reasonable considering they clean up all the mess for you and provide you with towels, shampoo, and blow dryers. They make it so easy to give your dog a quick bath after a muddy park visit. The staff are also very professional, pleasant, and helpful.

This place is wonderful. I use the self-bathing stations for my dog once a month or so, and the setup is really good. The scheduling system is easy, and the prices are reasonable.

How cute!!! Kinda sad my dog wasn't with me to enjoy this place as much as I did lol. Stopped in here randomly to see if they had anything cool for me to bring back home to my dog and they had plenty of cute stuff, especially the clothes but they were a bit on the pricey side. They offered self-washing for your dog and have dryers too; I know I could benefit from a service like that so I'm going to try to bring my dog here for a wash then I'll come back and update my review. The staff was nice, they even gave a few sample treats to bring home. I did unfortunately leave my purchase at the store... silly me I was too busy running my mouth lol but I'll be back! Thanks City Of Paws!!

What cute little place for your furry friend. Theres no grooming here but there is a shampoo station in the back to wash and blow dry your dog. They also have a nail clinic coming up, where you can get your pups nails trimmed. There's so many options of food and snacks to choose from. The two young ladies behind the counter were very helpful and answered any questions we had about our dogs anxiety. They gave us a few sample cbd chews to try.

It’s not often that neighboring businesses, that could be seen as competitors, instead sees only mutual admiration and lift one another up constantly. The team at CoP is fantastic, their mission and goals as an organization laudable, and we are nothing but proud to have them as our colleagues. We will always proudly and gladly hope for and support their co tinier growth as a fellow small, Philly-based business - not just for the heck of it, but because we believe in them and our shared, Fear-Free philosophy. Ensuring all pets are treating without the use of force, fear and stress, and encouraging that in the communities of NW Philadelphia is only one of the things that makes City of Paws so dang great. And thanks for giving so many kitties the opportunity to have new families!!

I enjoyed the BEST experience at City of Paws in Manayunk --- I went there to drop off donated newspaper and stayed to purchase the BEST CATS' FAVORITE catnip --- and the perfect small cat brush --- both items that I had previously been unable to find at other stores. and the young lady who waited on me was so helpful -- I highly recommend this store to cat parents!

Love their dog wash! I use it every month. So much easier than doing it at home. The facility is clean and affordable. There’s a great variety of treats as well to reward my dog after her bath ☺️

I always loved going to this pet store while shopping for my sisters dog so of course when I adopted my new puppy this year, I had to make a stop. I noticed online that they give you a free bundle of goodies for dogs that have been adopted/rescued within the year so I decided to stop in while I was in the area to pick up a bundle. When I asked the two lady’s at the front if that was something I could do today, they didn’t seem too well versed on the bundle and kind of looked at each other and made me feel quite uncomfortable that I even asked them for it. She gave me the handout they had for what I could get and I explained I had a puppy. It looks like I should have received 6 items based off of the handout but she only gave me 4. I was missing the supplies and wet food. I didn’t realize this until after I had left because she said to me, I don’t think there’s anything left on the list. The only other thing would be something like puppy pads which I’m sure you don’t need. My puppy is only 14 weeks old and doesn’t even have enough shots to go to the bathroom outside due to her age. Puppy pads would have been very useful but I felt uncomfortable saying actually no, those would be helpful to have for a puppy. The entire interaction was just very awkward and uncomfortable. I also went in for the dog popsicles that I saw on the Instagram page and asked for their availability. When asked, she gave me a hesitant answer saying they opened the boxes to sell them individually so she doesn’t think there are any left. Didn’t say if they are getting anymore in. I’m not trying to sound ungrateful for the items that I received but no one should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking for something that the store advertises on their website.

Dog-friendly toy, supply & and snack store for both dogs & cats. Friendly, helpful owners. There's even a do-it-yourself dog bathing area that made it easy to give our energetic puppy a warm bath. Thanks PAWS!

Great customer service all of the time. Very friendly staff. The have cats up for adoption most times but they get adopted fast. Great selection of pet foods for all types of pets. Reasonably priced for the quality of food you are getting. They have dog washing stations as well.
