“Excellent customer service with Paulette in the Cosmetics Department. She was knowledgeable and helpful while patiently answering all of my questions. She never tried to cajole me into buying anything, but I ended up making a purchase I felt great about! I was also interested in shoes, and she personally took me upstairs to the shoe department and handed me off to her equally professional and friendly colleagues. Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience!”

“GO TO DONNA! First off, need to say that I did not purchase a bag from this boutique at this time, but the level of service I received from Donna was astonishing. I was hunting for a bag for my mom that was a seasonal piece and not available in most stores around us. I called the Chanel in Bala Cynwyd and Donna picked up and told me she would text me and keep me posted - and that she did! I can't explain to you how many SA's I've talked to that never follow-up after you give them your number, so it was shocking to me that she actually ended up texting me a few weeks later to say that the bag we were looking for was back in stock. I had ended up finding it in another store out of state before then, so I didn't need this one this time, but the fact that Donna actually followed up and promptly responded to all my texts means she has earned a loyal customer from now on - I'll be going to her for the rest of my Chanel purchases!”
