I stopped by to let them take a look, and in just a few minutes, the man I spoke with took a few minutes to tell me he didn't think I needed to worry, explained how to clean it and grease it well to keep it in better condition, and told me how to troubleshoot it if the doors acted up again when I was out. Just really nice, friendly, efficient, honest folks in every interaction we've had.”
