“I had an old fireplace that needed updating. When Randy and Rick came out, they not only found gas leaks around the fireplace but near the furnace and water heater. Randy spent seven hours redoing gas lines. The fireplace is beautiful and very adjustable.”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. “Our refrigerator after 23 years finally decided to quit what is was supposed to do.You know cold and frozen.My daughter and myself went refrigerator shopping.She wanted to head to the big box stores.... but I had heard from friends about Bloom Brothers. Now I had not be in the store since when I went with my father in the 1960s.What a wonderful experience. Still the very personal service, no high sale push. Just friendly and above excellent in customer service.Brandon , our salesman explained the pros and cons and found us just what we wanted.We were sad when he said that delivery would be about two weeks but whatever. We really liked the product.SURPRISE call from Brandon two days laterGot your refrigerator want it Friday? The next day!Of course I said yes and delivery time from10am to noon.The delivery guys showed up at 10am.Had to remove the door to my house to get it in the house. Off and back on without problem.Took my old refrigerator.They set up and connected the new refrigerator without a problem.Sorry I did not get their names but they were very good at their job.They did the entire set up and explained the refrigerator to me.WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Bloom Brothers to any and all.Thank you all.”
“Exactly what the name sounds like...a showroom filled with all types of lights. Have lights for all rooms, indoors and out. The salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable. Selection was pretty good...and the have more available in catalogs and online. Will probably end up getting some lights for my home build.”

“I like MFS Supply but this last rehab property there were a couple of issues that concern me.I manage 3 LLC's that buy properties in NE Ohio. In the past things went pretty smoothly. But this time: 1) no one told me they don't unload cabinets into the house anymore. Wasn't on the quote! When I mentioned this to them they said they changed that during COVID.NO that is wrong. Even my last deliver in April of 2021 they delivered into home!2) the measuring guy made a HUGE error. He did not measure where the 220 volt range outlet was located nor the 110 volt microwave outlet was. Thus during installation they ended up being behind the base cabinet (220) and behind wrong cabinet (110) and had to be moved. We lost a half a day moving electrical.Mostly I'm happy with MFS and Suzanne, April, Jack, Judy and their diligence and customer service.”
“I am a landlord and a remodeling contractor and Father's Dream appliances is an excellent value. Their technicians are professional and the work is top notch. What makes Father's Dream so important now is that modern appliances are not as durable as they were 40 years ago. An older appliance, while less efficient, was much more durable and reliable. A reputable dealer is now essential. Before Father's Dream was recommended to me, I would say I lost over $2,000.00 on appliances that were essentially junk but were sold as fully reconditioned. The seller, of course, did not service what he sold and besides, it was all the buyers fault if it did not work. Everything Reggie Sizemore sells works, works well and is backed by a guarantee. “During Covid-19 the store was booming. Customers were keeping their appropriate distance. Employees had on masks, and were very friendly and helpful. Staff were disinfecting the self checkouts. One staff member tapped the screen for me so I didn't have to touch it. But, please don't touch my credit card. I can use that myself.”

We walked out with a mount that was a bit larger than the original, but took his advice and purchased electrical tape to manage filling the gap. This guy is awesome and shared a little personal wisdom as we walked around the store solving our issue. Give this man a raise - he deserves it!”

“Some times I find it hard to locate a specific item in such a huge store, and you can't always find a associate for help. Even when you do locate a associate sometimes they send you to the wrong area. So my favorite addition to the Home Depot website is that you can look up the item you are looking for and it will give you the aisle number and the bay number. In my experience using this trick it has always sent me to the correct location in the store.”
