Bad customer service, girl with a nose ring kept saying it was my fault and overall just so rude and full of attitude. After a couple minutes she finally slammed her hands on the table and just walked away. All happened after she told me she can't do anything to fix my phone. Her assistant is way too nice to be working under her and she knew her manager was being rude because the second she walked away she was the sweetest person and actually told me the steps to fix it.

I had the absolute worst customer service at Verizon. The employee was rude and very condescending. Not to mention I had to wait a long time. I would not recommend any one doing business at this store

Terrible customer service. I've never wanted to punch someone so fast that I've only interacted with for five seconds. If you need your phone fixed, I would call Verizon before you go to the store because they treat you like garbage waited over a half an hour to be disrespected and her Treated like trash I had the person helping talk down to me, roll her eyes and runt when she asked for the password to the phone, and instead of telling her it was put in manually by me then also continue to talk over me whenever I said some thing and cut me off making it very clear that I was not to speak

I don't know what is going on with them. Went to upgrade the three phones on my account, spent well over two hours standing around outside the store (you can't enter because of COVID) messing with their online system and they STILL couldn't do the transaction. They've somehow managed to charge my credit card every month for the last three years, but to pay the sales tax on today's upgrade was beyond their capabilities. Plus you can't actually enter the store to pay there. Has to be done online. I'm ordinarily a patient guy, but sheesh! This was beyond the pale.

My mom has had such a bad experience dealing with this store. It has taken three weeks to get her problem addressed. She is extremely frustrated and STILL hasn't had the issue resolved.

Verizon really sucks when they make you download a app to pay your bill nice way to make money and forget the customer satisfaction come use a kiosk or come into the store to pay your bill it's bs when you could go online and just pay it but they make you get the app so they can make more money

Good customer service at this location. Had some issues after there was a mix-up that happened as I returned a phone and kept one within a week of signing a contract at the store in Parkersburg. That mix up cost me a couple extra trips into this store to find remedy. I'm glad that I didn't rush into signing up for automatic billing as was suggested in Parkersburg because they still had the phone I returned on my bill and was billed over $300 for my first bill. I called customer service and they made it right and now I feel I can sign up for the automatic billing. Had I done so before they would have got $300 out of my account and who knows how long a refund would have taken, so hold off on that aspect until you see your billing is correct!

Jess just saved my life when my SG 4 phone broke and I knew I couldn't afford a new one out of pocket. She found an obscure bundle that ended up giving me a tablet, a speaker, and SG 5 phone for a lower bill and much less $ than a new phone. I don't know how she did it but I'm impressed and very grateful. Go to Jess!
