Been there 10 years, nice quiet place to live , currently under new management (Amy Williams) no issues with getting things repaired, aften pretty fast depends on situation, recommended to every age .

Kate has been extremely helpful during my lease. I do wish some things were communicated bettr, both before I signed my lease and during my lease, but in comparison to other places in Athens I am glad I chose Prokos.

Prokos has been great to work with. Any maintenance issues that I’ve had has been taken care of in a timely manner. Definitely a nicer option for college rentals.
