Good car wash but has some flaws. It does miss places on the vehicle and after you go thru the air dryer, water runs back on your car as you exit

*updated*The owner did respond quickly and reissued a refund. They were respectful and with their prompt response; I edited my review from 1 star to 3 due to the responsiveness to the owner.The rain could do a better job at cleaning your car. I purchased the $13 option. The dryer didn’t work inside the wash unit, leaving my car with water spots on the windows and throughout the body of the car. The tire cleaner didn’t rinse off and the vacuum to the far left has no suction. The spot free rinse left white residue on the back and it didn’t clean the bottom sides of my car. My car was not in excess of caked on dirt either.Also, there was not undercarriage spray- it didn’t work.I called the number listed on the window; I would expect a response back for a refund since services weren’t rendered.Please see photos for reference. I would rate this 0 stars if it was possible.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years. Not because they have the best prices or best car wash but 100% to utilize the free vacuum after my wash. Only one other car wash does that in town but that place has long lines. This car wash now no longer offers the free vacuum and had I known that I wouldn’t have gotten my wash. I hope they bring it back eventually.

Car was still dirty when we pulled out... waste of money.We followed instructions. It just didn't clean the car well. It would have been much cheaper and cleaner had we done it by hand ourselves like we usually do. What car did you see on your surveillance?? Make, model? And when??

I’m never going back to that other car wash on Richland again, this place was awesome. I have a door replaced on my car so I usually opt for the self car wash and the one here is excellent, I love that I can just swipe my card and it will run for however long I need it and just charge me for that, unlike the other car wash that makes you use those bus Tokens that cost more than I need and makes you buy two at a time so instead of spending $10 on a self wash I was able to spend like 5.20$. Classic car wash was also super clean, they had more options you could turn your car to like wax and a protectant wash as well as having SUPER good water pressure ong I was amazed how it just striped the dirt off of my wheels without me having to scrub at it. And my car was nasty af, it was so completely covered in salt that it looked white instead of black because I was traveling in a bad snow storm but this was super easy and simple and I was just shocked at how well the power washer stripped the dirt from my car

The hose took one of my quarters, the owner came out & got it working for me and offered me a free wash! Such a nice place and amazing customer service! The automatic wash is incredible. Extremely impressed!
