I was referred to Colombo pharmacy and they were so so helpful. They picked up the phone right away. They called CVS to ask for the transfer. Even when doctors and insurances don’t match, she gets on the phone to help the patient.For anyone upset, understand as someone who just observes, you have people coming in her face screaming and not thinking logically about what the process is and how she still trying to find a solution for patients. Be kind to the people helping you. Humanity goes both ways, remember! Screaming in a pharmacy employee’s face can’t change the limitations that they are working through to still get you a solution. And if you have issues, write to your insurance companies that make such complex systems to get you the help and medicine you need!”

“I have been getting my medication from a big chain pharmacy like Rite Aid but same medication I was paying over $5 as a copay Lewis was charging me only $.80. Depending on the medication each pharmacy have different pricing. It’s not the pharmacy over charging it varies by medication so do your shopping. I am satisfied with the price they charge me here.
