This has been the worst health insurance I have dealt with. My own doctors advise me to switch to another insurance. I strongly recommend to stay away from Affinity. They don't pay the doctors in full & stay stuck with a massive medical bill & unless you pay you can't see the doctor..

I'm done with this plan. Almost no one accepts it! DO NOT get affinity. Im stuck with it but as soon as I can, I'm leaving this plan.

I have not had any issues with them, save that their phone-lines tend to be rather labyrinthine. Nothing special, but nothing painful to deal with.
