“I wanted to share JS&F Auto : Sam in Pennsauken: kudos to him . I called this morning with a problem with my daughters car while she is away at college. I explained the situation with Sam : about tire pressure light and needed it checked out immediately before she drove an hour back to school this evening. This may seem small , but in our eyes it was a big issue . Sam was great .My daughter drove to Sam’s place for a 12:45 pm appointment. He greeted my daughter with open arms , eased an anxiety we had and checked out the car in no time . “Chuck and his team repaired my bumper with great results. Color matching was perfect. The shop is incredibly clean and all the staff are professional. Admittedly there was an initial problem with the paint due to the weather but Chuck got me in two days later and fixed it all. He was quick to provide a loaner car even though he wasn't required and got it all squared away. Definitely cares about his customers and how jobs turn out. Do not hesitate to do business here.”
