I used to live by the branch in haworth and Harrington park so I have an accurate feel after banking at all 8 of them. It is a great and growing bank had some time to dig its heals in and is now really taking it seriously after quite a bumpy road in the past they fixed all the bugs in the app and overall experience”

“We went to this branch last minute on a Saturday as we were walking by. As soon as we entered Natalia Oliver greeted us and helped us with our accounts, even though they were 20 min from closing.We had an appointment at another branch in Edgewater but the associate never showed up and they didn't accomodate us. Natalia helped us on the spot without an appointment! As a new Chase Bank customer, this was a great experience at this branch. I will try and go out of my way to visit this branch more often because of the service.”
