“Great service! Called ahead to see if they had the phone I wanted. They set aside and when I arrived they got me all set up. They transferred all the information from old phone to the upgrade. My mother should be happy with her new Samsung phone.”
“I had a great experience here! I knew It was time for a new phone but dreaded the process- I wasn't planning on using the Woodbury Store, but had just finished shopping at Target next door. The parking lot was empty so I went in. The store person was stocking and I mentioned for him to keep going as I would wait and his reply was, "no, l can stock anytime, how can I help you?" That one phrase and gesture set the entire tone for a great experience. I left (painlessly) thirty minutes later with my new phone totally up and running (I'm loving it), only the extras I absolutely needed, complete instructions and all the information I needed if I should require further assistance. Jason B was my salesperson and I highly recommend you pick a day when he's on. Sales, customer service and no hassle-it's what he does and he's good at it. I hope Verizon is aware of what an asset he is. And to think, I had been dreading that trip!”
“The wait time was intolerable. One hour later. The staff had a problem entering the data needed for a military discount, it took nearly 30 minutes, a process the telephone representative said would just take me 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and I got a new remote.”
“I had a not so good experience at a nearby Verizon store, so I chose the Woodbury location to take advantage of one of the new promotions. Walked right in with no wait, Picked up the new phones, ready to go with easy at home transfer and then dropped off the old ones with no issues once we took everything off them we needed. Adam even took a look at our account to make sure everything was best fit for us. Great service.”
“We started out with 1 star but after 5 weeks, it's back to 5. We both had made an honest mistake with my wife's phone, she was super pissed, hated me & the t-mobile guys for weeks and I don't blame her.
Needless to say, Matt, Richard & Jim kept pursuing the issue, I keep calling in but it takes time when dealing with the mothership but it finally was rectified.
Could it have been smoother, faster, better? I think we all learned some good lessons however it also could have been much worse.
Glad those guys kept going with the mothership and all the while I'm complaining, they never barked back at me so very professional.”
