Top Gun owner Jeff is very courteous, detail oriented and knows his profession well. His boat covers are hand made and fitted specifically to each boat using high quality materials. My boat cover is 15+ years old, still in excellent shape and when a snap is loose or missing due to use, he usually fixes the cover while I’m waiting at no charge. He warrantees his work and is my go to guy!

TopGun boat covers is a rip off. We traded our 4 wheel drive pick up truck to the owner for new toppers for our boat. He even signed a contract. He took my existing covers apart and couldn’t figure out how to make new ones after destroying ours so he wanted out of the deal. Unfortunately he had dismantled my pickup. removed the topper and other pieces for salvage. I guess Top Gun boat covers doesn't know how to do boat covers or honor a deal. When confronting him he verbally assaulted me in front of my 2 small children. Very scary! We got back our destroyed cover in pieces and pick up but without the topper and not drivable.

Truly Excellent covers!Jeff made a cover for our first boat, a Glastron, 20 years ago. We literally hauled that boat thousands of miles over 18 summers with Jeff's Top Gun cover installed, and every time we put it on we would comment, "This is the best thing we ever purchased for this boat."In 2018, we upgraded to a Ranger, and I immediately hauled it down to Top Gun for a new custom cover. This cover was much trickier due to the design of the boat. After initial use, the cover needed to go back for adjustments, and this is where kudos to Jeff really go out- He stands behind his product with NO BS. He willingly adjusted the cover so that it fit perfect and most importantly, ensured that I was satisfied with the result.I have been recommending Top Gun boat covers since 2001. I will continue to do so.

Couple years back, Jeff put a custom cover on my Alumacraft and it still looks like new! I now upgraded boats and will be bringing it in for another cover! Super work!

I bought my 23' Maxum in 2000. I had them make me a full cover. It's still in pretty good shape but I plan on having a new one made this spring as soon as I can get it out of storage.

Best Product & Service in the Twin Cities, Recomend over Permatop & especially Canvas Craft! Product & Price!!!
Jeff thoroughly explained the reasons he Customizes covers & the Material he uses is Great, feels like Shark Skin. Has warranty, but it's unlikely it's needed.
I have had Nothing but issues with Canvas Craft Covers & their warranty is a Joke. Fabric wicked water after a year causing Thousands in damages to electronics with No thought the cover was causing these issues!. I could go on & on about them but this is a 5-star review of Jeff & Top Gun. It was worth the Drive from Daint Michael to Shakopee to have a Perfect cover in 2 days.
I owned an Old smoker craft boat whick had an older Top Gun Cover on it. The cover had been years old & still looked New even after being outside for years in all seasons. When I sold the boat the cover brought an extra 700 bucks also!
If you care about your boat I Highly recommend TOP GUN for all Upholstery Needs.
It's also great to support a small business & when the owner says if you ever need something Just let me know that means something.

Top Gun was awesome. They were affordable, transparent and extremely knowledgeable. I had put off getting a cover on my old fishing boat because all my quotes were almost as much as the boat. Top Gun was half other quotes and the cover is great quality! Easy on off, heavy duty, and have driven long trips through heavy storms and everything was dry. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. They expedited my cover so i could have it in time for a trip to LOTW and worked perfect! Couldnt be happier!
