“I went to a different oil change shop, and they did not secure my skid plate. I stopped here and asked for help, and they quickly fixed the other place's mistake.”
“They tried really hard to help me but could not. I tried to pay using 2 old gift cards and cash. No one could figure out how to get the money off the cards. 5 people tried. Obviously a broken process. Just frustrating. I still have to go back and go to the service desk to try and resolve.”
