“Such a cool little place! I went by and the woman working there was super friendly and helpful, and was so fun to talk with. I found a cute pair of boots, belt, some craft supplies, and even a set of utensils at a great price! If you want to thrift primarily for clothes, I would say you might have a harder time (they have really unique pieces, which is awesome, but it’s just a small selection), but if you want anything else, they have such a neat selection of items. Kitchenware, jewelry, scarves, kids toys, pottery, fancy teacups, yarn, lace, buttons, and a bunch of other fun knickknacks. The awesome staff means I’ll definitely be back to check out what new stuff they have in the future!”

“This is a small thrift store in a strip mall with a parking problem. (There are signs telling Wings customers specifically where they can't park.) Very well organized inside. It contains mostly quality goods (clothes to household to furniture to jewelry) priced up higher than most thrift stores. However, you sometimes find special items that aren't carried in the Salvation Armies or Goodwills that make it worth stopping in.”
“Such a great store. They have the best donors so they have lots of fantastic items to choose from. They change their displays with fresh inventory daily. Well thought window dressing. Frequent special offers. One of my favorite weekly stops to drop off my recyclie and reuse, and find new treasures. Come by, I'm confident you will return.”
“So I've been there only once the workers there are really nice and friendly. They have good stuff if you take time but it's an okay place to go if your by. You can maybe find something you like!”
“I've been a pretty frequent regular here for many years, but I'm thinking a *lot* of the shoppers here are too.In truth it's just a such a nice place and a lovely crew, there's too much love in my heart to not give it a good rating. I'm finding the inventory changes less and less every time I visit though, and after overhearing the selection is restocked and organized on a daily basis I've only been left to assume that close to anything that hasn't been sitting out for a while is getting nabbed up pretty competitively. Even a month or two's time they'll have out an entirely different seasonal entrance table, but so much of the rest of the store still manages to look so familiar that I'll surprise myself with how much I remember so clearly.As an avid thrifter It's been a much less frequent stop in my rotation unfortunately, but I could give it all the same praise and recommendation as these ratings I see before me have. Please do visit and support it!”
“I love this place dearly They're always circulating new inventory. Has great selections of rugs, watches, shoes, games and toys, sports devices, purses and bags, jewelry, yarn, clothes of all kinds, designer clothes, DVDs, CDs, VCR tape things, records, kitchen and office supplies, crafts, curtains, blankets and throws, furniture, musical instruments, working electronics, a whole couple of isles of glass and dish ware, a library of books, art, mirrors, tall and small lamps. Prices are not the lowest of all time, but I've found some incredible things here and always notice something new. I don't mind spending my coin here. They keep the place looking fresh and mix up the layout every once in a while. The variety of customers I see here range from just about anyone and everyone. Love the staff, love the people that greet you at the door (and sometimes will ask to check your bag depending on the size or type). I will continue coming back until forever.”
“I stopped by today for the first time. Nice, clean, store. Very friendly manager and unfortunately I didn't have enough time to really take a look at things because they were closing in 15 minutes but I managed to find a really pretty throw pillow. Very reasonably priced and the pillow looked new, I will be back”

I wear 3X and I was able to find cute items including 2 halloween dresses (a month back) and a couple of cute long sleeve shirts. The volunteer Diamond was so helpful...Thank you Diamond! “I was recently drawn into the store by a cardigan in the window and left with a huge bag of treasures ranging from a jacket to a blouse to that cardigan I'd spotted to a beautiful ceramic pot that I enjoy looking at and an adorable beaded purse that will go with a beaded dress I happen to own. And I found all of that in just the 30 minutes before the store closed! Plus, when I went to check out, the store clerk, Valerie, was so helpful, delighted by my discoveries, and kind that I found myself feeling as if I'd gone shopping with a friend despite being alone. Thoughtful service, a great selection, and great values will all draw me back there again.”
“First of many visits! They sell all sorts of things besides inexpensive beautiful and good quality clothing: books, kitchen, bath, car and body care, even some electronics. And the best of all, the staff is wonderful! The ladies are super helpful. I honestly left feeling like I left yoga class or therapy.”

“A very cute thrift shop! Definitely smaller than most, but there were so many wonderful items I saw! I spotted lots of nice dress shirts (even some Brooks Brothers!) and ended up snagging a pair of vintage Calvin Klein jeans for $1.62! The folks inside were friendly and there's one fitting room to try clothes on in!”

“I had great luck here today, 3 items tried/3 items purchased. Prices were higher here than some other thrift stores, but nice stuff. They take Venmo, cash or check but no credit cards. But look out for the non-private changing room, lol. I was in there in my skivvies and someone came in -- I called out around the screen that the room was occupied -- she kept coming! I protested that I was trying on clothes, she said in an aggravated tone, "Yes, I want to, too." When I was checking out I asked about it and they said, yes, women are expected to share a common changing space, but I was assured that men were not allowed in when women were in there. Well I should say.”

“Fun place to spend some time walking around hunting for unique items. You don’t come here looking for something, the store tells you what you need! Found an awesome solid oak coat rack with an old “Property of Cook County” tag on it, and a cool newspaper clipping from the old Rock Island Railway. Deb knew exactly where this piece was hanging up and the story behind it, makes it that much cooler. Would love to see some of the slower moving (kitchen/commercial/restaurant) items cleared out and the boxed items displayed or made more visible. I’m sure there’s some real treasures hiding in this place.”

Mornings to pick up fresh goodies for my mom. Better more peaceful times.
