“Very good customer service; wide selection in a small space; one of many very good stops near Allstate Arena, O'Hare Airport, or just passing through the area. Some unique items or items that can be ordered. Just talk to the manager, who is frequently on site. Cashiers will also give you a business card. Good old-fashioned solid service and reaaonable prices -- some bargains too.”
“The selection is fantastic & Fay is incredibly helpful, she makes coming in here a genuine pleasure. Oh, and the store itself? Smells FANTASTIC I swear they must be using some high end incense or something, incredible.”

“My favorite restaurant in Elmhurst. I live out of state right now and when I’m in town, it’s my first stop. Team Tuga hosted my daughter’s wedding shower. They were outstanding!”
“Nice place, spacious, great windows, warm old brick walls, great space between tables, first class service (ask for Simon). The food is excellent, well presented, elegantly arranged on the plate, wonderful taste combined with wonderful smell. I will come more often, this is a gem of a place to eat and share with friends Lower volume in the music will help a lot”

“Good shop assortment, many alcohol brands and friendly atmosphere. However, shop have serious issues with the vape products. Even if you will test vape directly in front of cashier - first few puffs will be perfect. However, after 10-20 puffs vape become completely burnt. Tested three times and wasted money. Will not make more attempts to buy any vape here. However shop is recommended for other products.”

“I figured I should write a review for Bottle Theory, as I just found myself gushing to a friend about how wonderful everything is here. This spot is by far one of my favorites! At this point, we’ve hosted two parties here and the staff is always incredibly attentive and accommodating regardless of our group size. The taproom is very spacious, and the patio is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the warmer weather. As a vegetarian, I sincerely appreciate the variety of veggie options found on their menu. I’ve never spoken to anyone at Bottle Theory who seemed less than absolutely thrilled to help, which makes my heart sing as a former service industry worker. I know that good employers take care of good people, and there are certainly an abundance of good people here. I also love that the taproom is family friendly, and even boasts a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks and beers for my sober friends. Overall, I always feel like I can easily please everyone here - and that’s why we keep coming. Thanks for all you do, BT!”
“First time at Lyons beverage store was so impressed at how pretty it was. Clean spacious pleasing to walk into. Shelves nicely done and You do not feel crammed in like some liquor stores, by far the nicest liquor store I’ve been in!!! Employees pleasant as well!”

“Stopped here during a pub crawl with friends. This was a great spot to grab a quick drink from one of the beers on draft, or pick up bottled or canned beverages to take home. Not feeling like a draft beer? You can buy a canned beverage and use the store's quick cooling tub. There's plenty of room for small groups and individuals alike. Challenge your friends to a few rounds of retro video gaming. There are a few locations in the Chicago area, and each is different. Regardless of which location you visit, Beer on the Wall is a great place to visit.”

“My appreciation for wine over the past 15 years or so is largely attributable to Simon and his staff at TCWC. Forget about what "that" huge brick and mortar operation in Chicago says about "if you can't find it here, it's not worth drinking." TCWC can honestly stand by that, the selection (and pricing) makes it really the only wine merchant I ever need in my continuing grape travels.”

“I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years ago and it’s a great addition to downtown Arlington Heights. Awesome selection of cans (my preferred beer consumption method) and rotating drafts. Flights are great way to try out a new beers without committing to a pint. Staff is friendly and attentive and always kind enough to let you sample a draft. Only negative things I can say is that I wish it was bigger and when it’s busy the number of children can be off putting.”

“This is a family run liquor store that I've bought at more than once when I was picking up supplies for hotels that I was staying at. Their selection is solid enough that I have to give props to their buyer for select quality import and craft beer while still selling their fair share of large-volime domestics, and they've got a nice selection of spirits for a storefront that doesn't advertise the fact they've got such a wide-ranging stock.”
