“It is very hard to find a good repair shop, where one is treated well and not overcharged. Mexico Mufflers is that shop. The knowledge of the mechanics at Mexico Mufflers is amazing. I took my car in and they analyzed the car, found the problem (coolant leaking), quoted a fair price and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, at a reasonable price, and to my total satisfaction. Joe, Sergio and all the mechanics deserve a pat on the back for their work.”
“Today is a day I will never forget. I met an amazing human being in Mr. Lee Hogan. Came outside on my lunch break and noticed my tire was completely flat. Looked up tire shops in the area and Tire Service was the closest to me. Mr. Lee immediately fixed the issue and got me back to work in no time. The Blessing was just having a conversation with him talking about life. He is a very kind person that takes great care of his customers. “I had been without my car for 6 weeks due to my axle breaking down. I had someone from another shop install the axle and my car was still not drivable. I decided to come to Norwood Auto Service because it was down the block from me and I wouldn’t have to drive my car far. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me a text with EVERYTHING that was wrong with it along with pictures to back it up. I was so impressed by the pictures and detailed commentary. They’re not pushy at all with services which is a huge plus for me since I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They also told me that the shop that I went to put in the wrong axle for my car which is why my car was still not drivable. They were able to order the correct axle and fix my car completely SAME DAY. Mind you, Eric called me throughout the day to give me updates. The service was just all around stress free for me and I’m very grateful for Eric, who I believe is the manager. They won a customer for life going forward and will forever recommend them. “These guys are awesome!! We were in the area for a hockey tournament from Erie PA and had a really bad brake issue. Even though they didn't have any openings they squeezed us in! We called them on a Friday night at 4:30... and they had our car done by 9:45 Saturday morning! Incredibly nice staff (JR.) And owner. I wish this shop was in Erie so we could use them all the time. My first visit to Dave's was because the dealer used a laundry list of service repairs in their 30,000 mile checkup that would have cost thousands,, Dave always cuts the BS and is honest and trustworthy. Typical dealer estimates vs Dave is not even close. Anything serious should go to Dave's just like a surgeon needs a 2nd opinion.. It's worth the time and money. My brake job today cost me half of what a dealer would demand.. Plus, he often tells you why you don't need some extra service..
