I was being rung out for my items and had asked the cashier to check on the price of one of the items. She started to huff under her breath like she was being inconvenienced. I asked her to ring the 2 items to see what the price was as it was under the BOGO, but looked it was under the wrong sign and if that was the case, we could just take one off. She swore the F word out of frustration because she couldn't figure out how to void one of the items and I was appalled and completely shocked. She called up a manager and as she did that she dropped the F word AGAIN. The manager came up and I told him what the employee just did and he ignored me and just walked to the other register. I've never been so blatantly disrespected like that before. This is not the only time that I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. I told him I would be notifying corporate and he just said, she's a trainee. Even if it was her first day, nobody should be treating a customer like that ever.

Towards the end of August I had a nasty fall on the sidewalk outside this Walgreens - my own fault. The store employees came to my rescue, calling 911. One employee hopped in her car and went to retrieve my husband who was walking to the store (I had our only car with me)! The response from those employees was stunningly helpful. Later the insurance carrier for the store checked in with me to be sure I was OK. No lasting injuries for me but a lasting appreciation for the attention I received that afternoon from those Walgreens employees. (I also took them a box of candy closer to the event).

Longest wait times of any pharmacy. Always messing up medications as well. Go to CVS or any other drugstore location.

If I could I would give negative stars to this location. I have lived next to this location since 2016 and have never had a good experience in this place. This place has a PHD in incompetence. Today I had to pick up a photo album. 20 minutes of searching. How many boxes she had to look though. Three! She picked it up and put it down 10 times. I don't know who to be more mad at my wife that keeps sending packs there or the location for nor being able to do a simple thing of photo pickup right.

I give this Walgreens two for the pharmacy only. The rest of the drug store is absent of any type of service whatsoever. Worse is the person behind the cashier in the front who sits low to the ground and is annoying AF. I mean shut the trap and ring me out already! I think ppl know exactly who I'm referring to.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are the absolute worst when it comes to the pharmacy and customer service. They tell me my script will be ready in 2 hrs but when I show up, I find out it's not even in stock and won't come in until the next day. So I show up the next day and of course they still don't have it, it will come in the following day. So now two days without my inhaler and they DON'T CARE. I'm put on hold for forever and it feels like they just don't want to help. They blameshift and always have excuses of why they can't do their job. It's a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. They SUCK.

This place is rude. I ordered a photo, got the confirmation in my email. When I went there to pick it up, they are saying they don't have it. The guy came out from the back was very rude and basically said to me to go away. All I wanted to hear was his apology but he doesn't even say that he is sorry. Never been treated this way. Don't shop here. The place on 1050 Waukegan is so much better.

The rudest pharmacist. I just got home from major surgery and i saw on the directions that I should take 1/2 a pill. I called the pharmacist to see what to do and he said I needed a pill cutter. I told him it would have been nice to tell me at the time when I picked up my medicine. Then he said that it is not his responsibility to tell patients how to take medicine. He then proactively told me that no one else has ever had this issue and he will not apologize to me.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy experience. Took an hour to get a vaccine shot even with an appointment. Very inefficiently run, there were at least 5 people working and they would take a few vaccine appointments and then not taken any for 30 minutes. There was no rhyme or reason to how they were running appointments. Strongly suggest you don't go here.

Don't use this Phamacy if you can. Very slow. They call and say prescription is ready, when it is not. They do this often. Bad Phamacy. They make you wait 20 to 30minutes to tell you not ready yet. Don't use you will be sorry.

I'd give it zero if possible. Complete garbage pharmacy service. I was shorted on my medication and the pharmacist was indignant. Learn to count or not to steal. I will not be going here again. Also, the parking lot is dangerous with cars whipping in and out.
