Manager is rude and shouldn't be working for Bank of America. Customer service should be top priority and respecting clients is the key. I will never come to this location.

If I could give them a minus star I would. I have visited 5 Bank of America branches & I have found them all understaffed & have had to wait at least 20-25 minutes to talk to an officer. I whole heartedly suggest finding somewhere else to bank!

Worst Bank Ever! And worst Branch! Don't go here and if you have your money with them, move it! My mom was nearly scammed by their so called "financial advisor" should be called financial scammer! Whatever you do or if you get a call from their financial Scammer named (rhymes with Spam Leak) makes sure you hang up the phone! This guy solicited my moms business and transferred her money to a Merrill lynch account and claimed she authorized it. She did NOT, nor could they come up with any evidence of such! The supervisors (rhymes with SpamHeim) above him are complicit and defended his unethical behavior! CONSUMERS BEWARE!

This branch has the strangest group of employees. I can't explain exactly what it is about them. but they are just the most negative and fake smiling, whispering behind your back creatures. I seen an older immigrant couple walk in, one of the staff members said hello to them the immigrants didn't respond so the staff member mocked them and displayed a horrific face expression, as their backs were turned, but I saw. This type of middle school behavior is common here, except they are mature looking women. Always a mouthful of lies is what they serve on their dish. The bankers will lie to you anything you want to hear just to trick you into signing up for all these things they say are free and you find out its not. The older staff members are so lazy they don't do anything. They walk around and drink coffee all day. As soon I walk in they are already harassing me to help me fill out my deposit form. They forcefully push direct deposit on me non stop without rest. They are just playing around all day because they don't really need all those people there it's a discussing scene and I can't wait to close my account very soon.

Bank of America is the worst bank ever. I closed my accounts due to their greed. They failed to close my account and it was listed as a zero balance account. I was waiting for my tax check, when it was routed to Bank of American instead of my current bank. I get a letter from Bank of America that it was sent there and they have it. I go there on 4/30/09 and am informed that the account was frozen. But no explanation "why". It was an open account with a zero balance, but once money was deposited they froze it. Leslie the Manager assured me that she would take care of it but it would take 24-48 hours to take off the freeze. She stated that she would call me by Saturday - the call never came. On Monday 5/4/09 I return for my money, just be told the same story by the Assistant Manager. She claims that she does not want to upset me, but I told her I was already. I jumped through all their hoops, and now you are not only wasting my time -but making their problems - mine, but more importantly they WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY. I was a bank customer since "89" and never even bounced a check. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO BANK OF AMERICA, they will not give it back and will make excuses on "what they can't do for you". At this point I am still fighting to get my money that is rightfully mine.

They have many open counter spots indoors with very few tellers, during a lull in the afternoon a line could form and you could be waiting almost fifteen minutes or longer to take care of a transaction. Bank of America has made the success Lasalle bank's customer service into crap. Overworking employees and cutting jobs isn't good for us the customer, now at locations like this one we're stuck waiting.
