The young woman working at this Currency Exchange location needs the owner to speak to her about her aggressive tone of voice. I could not have been nicer. She was one miserable person and I transacted no business with her as she was very uncooperative and would not allow me to speak she just yelled "get out of the Store" and walked away. I called for her to come back, but she wouldn't. I am a public servant and I always treat people with the upmost respect. Perhaps the owner should give her a pep talk about the treatment of the customers as the business depends upon it. If they close up shop I will know why!!!!!!! This nasty, arrogant, pompous woman drove customers away! Some of my neighbors told me that they had bad experiences at this currency exchange with a Hispanic woman. She definitely has a personality issue. you will never see me again, nor will you see three of my neighbors because their experience was similar to mine!

I called a week ago to get a quote on how much it would cost to transfer license plates-$85. I got there on Saturday and when I was done she told me $240!!! Hold on, why was it so much. The lady said, "well, you had to fill out an affidavit because your name didn't match 100%". OK, how much extra is that? $40. So how is $40 + $85 = to $240? Not in the math that I learned back in grammar school. Then it was she was doing me some big favor to only charge me $125 because I had previously called! DO NOT GO HERE AS YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

We went there to get our trailer rv titled. I had tried to do it online, but no options. I didn't want to sit in the DMV for 6 hours in COVID times. They took care of it in 5 minutes. No waiting! Their fee was $160 plus the tax and title fee. Ouch! But worth it when you are 74 and have "previous condition". I'd give it 5 stars but put four because I think the cost was way too high.

Poor customer service. Was sending money through moneygram and the lady in charge was very sarcastic, rude and was not helpful at all. Wouldn't even give out her name when asked who she was. And to top it all, she asked for my ID yet the name of the sender is wrong. I'm from IL and sender's name was from PA. OMG! Whatever happened to someone's privacy and confidentiality? I have now a name from some place in PA with his address and tel number. DANGEROUS!!! Just be careful and stay away from this place. Don't waste your time coming here. Very unprofessional! You might end up having identity theft because they don't know what they are doing!

Came here for title transfer on a new to me (used) vehicle. They were very helpful with filling out the forms and calculating the taxes due etc.. Called me promptly when the documents were back from the state. They were very friendly and helpful. The CE in my neighborhood closed so I'm thrilled to have found this place.

I've just walked away with the same 100 euros I went in with, because either their employees do not understand currency conversion. In exchange for $100 Euros A she gave me $83.97 and my reaction was "wow, you take a 30% fee?" But no, she informed me that my 100 euros was worth $93 American dollars. And they take a 10% fee. I showed her the current exchange rate for Dec 27, 2019, which is that 1 US Dollar = 0.90 EUROS. Which mean that 1 euro = 1.11 dollars. So 100 euros is $111 US dollars. Take ten percent off and I should be walking away with around $100. She was annoyed and angry with me and just kept pointing at her clip board which showed the buy rate of every country and had 0.93 next to the euro. And I said "exactly! One US dollar buys .93 euros! Therefore one whole euro would be more than one whole dollar! And she said "no! I've done the math for you. I don't know how you don't get it!" And I responded "ditto!" She was texting her managers about this and said they agreed with her. I asked if I could speak to them and she said she would give me their number. But she wrote down a phone number that was a general number for the currency exchange, and I left a message anyway. The point is, don't come her for currency exchange. Hopefully you get a different employee than I did, but better not to risk it.

For Notary service, I got charged for 3X more than what I have previously paid for, which is supposed to be $1 per signature. All neighboring currency exchange locations charge for $1. This lady charged me $3. I asked. She said $3 for one. Price list: Notary service per signature here is $3. FYI.

I called Glenview Currency Exchange because we needed a notary service. While the company was unable to assist (given IL restrictions), she did provide information on where I could find one. This honestly saved me a few hours of calling around. Truly appreciate the level of customer service provided even though it was outside their current offerings.
