First time going to this hair salon, and was so happy with my results. Elise was amazing! She cut my hair just how I wanted it and made it look good according to my face and other needs. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, great atmosphere! Highly recommend!Service: Haircut

I did a Keratin treatment for my hair, after been promised that it will work well for my hair. I left, following the treatment and never washed my hair for 4 days straight. My hair was literally the same adding to it the dryness and brittleness. I called to speak to the owner, to see if we can workout something to make it work, a lady answered the phone and after I told her what happened, says “ the owner never comes in”!!! Im so disappointed. I don’t recommend this place to anybody either. A complete waste of money

I went in for a wash and a blow dry to help me prepare for a an important family party. The stylist who did my hair was very rough with my scalp. She used too much shampoo and did not condition my hair. She got water and soap in both of my ears that I had to get out myself. For the blow dry, she kept saying that my hair was too thick. She did not section off my hair and my hair kept getting stuck in her brushes. She also kept yanking the brush and it was very painful for me. She only dried the top of my hair and then she got upset that the bottom layers were not dry. I was only in the chair for 25 minutes and I was charged $30. I just moved to this neighborhood and I am very upset with the service I got. This is unacceptable.

My 3 daughters and I have had the Keratin treatments from Candy at Luxor multiple times for a fraction of the cost of other salons. Candy is super friendly & does a wonderful job. The Keratin treatment always lasts us way longer than the advertised 2-4 months. I highly recommend!

GO SEE ALICE! I had bounced around to different salons and stylists for about years and finally found someone to stay loyal to. I've now been going to Alice now for at least 5 years. Even after moving to the city i will drive back to the burbs to see her. I get a base color and highlights from Alice, plus a toner to keep the brass away. I'm naturally a brunette. If you're looking for hair color or keratin, she is your girl.

I've now been going to Alice now for at least 5 years. Even after moving to the city i will drive back to the burbs to see her. I get a base color and highlights from Alice, plus a toner to keep the brass away. I'm naturally a brunette. Alice is amazing and here are the reasons why: - My color and highlights look like they should cost much more than they do. - She actually listens to what you want. - she cuts my hair like she's pruning a plant. It grows longer and looks healthier than it ever did before. Which is impressive given the color treatments and frequent heat styling I do - she is friendly, funny, and always remembers what we chatted about before - she genuinely cares.
