The sign says 24.99 but the cashier charged 25.00??? I don’t care about a penny but they sure are shady!! By stealing a penny without asking or getting a permission from a customer and it also says air freshener but no one asked!! And they also didn’t vacuum the trunk n one of the front seat and when I saw the sunroof it still had spots?? and they also turned on the radio them selfs!! And the guys says he never opens a trunk when he wipes!! And I just witnessed a car before me they vacuumed!! I used to go to Spex car wash for 13.00 and I’ve got a same work! Very upset I wouldn’t go here!! Worst car wash ever totally different then 10 years ago

The guy wiped down our car and scraped all the bugs off. Even dried the whole thing at the end. Overall 5/5 the car was clean, and there was no more dead bugs on it. Really nice guy

Workers at this car wash stole a $50 gift card right out of my cup holder. I confronted the workers immediately and they denied it, management was no help either.

Worst exterior wash for the money and the staff pushes the 25 dollar option ti do a bettrr job. I would not watse your time if you want a good wash. Go somewhere else!!!

Feels like a hand wash spot, even though it's not. Spent a lot of time getting the car nice and clean, and sometimes had a few guys working on it. Comfortable waiting area, and an outside patio as well. I'll be back, and live nowhere in the area.

Caveat Emptor **BUYERS BEWARE!**AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COST. Glenview’s Best?? More like Glenview’s WORST! Even if it’s “complimentary from C&M”. I had a voucher for a complementary clean and they refused to honor it. In fact, they wanted and expected me to pay for it. They couldn’t understand the meaning of “complimentary wash”. I was shocked when my car came out just as dirty as it came in. You get poor quality cleaning and scratches on your vehicle from their washer blades, and if you pay for “Ultimate wash $24.99”you are even more skewed because you really only get “basic or protection clean.” You and your car deserve better.They have atrocious customer service, guys who don’t know how to clean cars and they perform price gouging (as you can see in the photo below: a basic wash jumped up 25% from $14.99 to $19.99, and Ultimate wash went from $19.99 to $24.99). I expect so much better if I’m going to be paying that kind of money for my vehicle to be cleaned. Best to take your business elsewhere.
