Had an easy and seamless experience with George at Jennings this past weekend. I was considering several vehicles, and he patiently showed us all of them. Very low pressure and no rushing, which I appreciated. I’m very happy with my purchase and overall had a fun time, which has not been my experience car shopping in the past. Finance was also very fast and efficient. Highly recommend Jennings and I would return again in the future!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the service department at Jennings Volkswagen, Inc. GLENVIEW ILLINOIS. My experience was so overwhelmingly negative that I felt compelled to share my frustration.To begin with, the customer service was abysmal by Mayjourio Major Pope. The representatives I interacted with seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by bringing in my vehicle for service. Their lack of professionalism and empathy left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.When I inquired about a coupon that they sent me as a return customer he lied to me.It seems like the service department either lacks the expertise to address issues adequately or is simply negligent in their work.The overall experience at Jennings Volkswagen, Inc. GLENVIEW ILLINOIS was nothing short of a nightmare. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service of Mayjourio Major Pope I received and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this service department. The lack of customer focus, extended wait times, and poor workmanship have left me with a sense of regret for choosing this facility for my vehicle's service needs.

I just purchased my fifth car from Jennings VW, and Lily Brough, Product Specialist, did a fantastic job walking my daughter and I through the sales process from A to Z. The 2024 Tiguan was a college graduation gift for my daughter, and I definitely wanted the process to go smoothly from start to finish, and I'm happy to say that Lily made sure that was the case. Thank you Lily for everything that you did for us!

George and Ziggy were fantastic to work with. They were professional and very knowledgable about the vehicles we were considering. They were also incredibly sweet to my 3 year old who was with me throughout the process, talking to him, and letting him play with the toy cars. I recommend anyone looking for a car to visit George and Ziggy at Jennings!

Great overall experience but primarily, Lily! She was great throughout the entire experience, patient, knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Walked us through our different options, spent time answering all of our questions as first time EV buyers and took enough time to guide us through all the cool features of our new car. I would defnitely look for her next time!

I bought a car from Jennings in November that was advertised as having two keys. The next date I realized I was only given one and called to ask for the second key. I was told I bought the car used and in as is condition. In my opinion it's a clear cut case of false advertising. They won't even acknowledge they made a mistake in their advertising and won't take any responsibility to make it right. I can't recommend them to anyone and will not be going there for any future car needs.

When I picked up my car after the sunshade flame retardant was applied, a sticky residue was all over the back seat. I had to return to the dealer the next day to have it cleaned up.

Purchased a used Tiguan from Jennings with assistance from product specialist Lily Brough. Lily made the process very low stress. She was impressively knowledgable about the car, the trim lines and the excellent safety rating by NHTSA. When test driving the car she knew every button on the dash and explained their use in easy to understand language! Highly recommend Jennings and especially Lily.
