We have a 2021 gmc Yukon we heard a noise coming from the vehicle and it was under factory warranty so we called Jennings to set up a appointment, they gave us a time to come in I took off work and drove the car with there mechanic on there request so they could hear the noise, the mechanic heard the noise and told the service advisor, the service advisor said will get it fixed for you, we left the car, caught a Uber home waste of money just to get a call 6 hours later saying come pick up your car we can't fix it. They seem very unskilled a joke of a business, also no compensation offered to me for wasting my day. They are very good at trying to sell u a filter or fuel injection cleaning or something that is not under warranty, but when it comes to warranty work they were no help,

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve been to several dealerships in my journey to find a car and Chevy Jennings in Glenview was by far the best. The staff here is straight forward and personable. There are no hidden or unexpected fees and they truly listen to what you’re looking for. I had the pleasure of working with Adel, Chris, and Mark throughout my car buying experience. They helped make the process smooth and comfortable, making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership on your quest to finding a car!

I can't say enough great things about my Service Advisor at Jennings, Dave Grandquist, and all of the Technicians that perform the mechanical work, as well as all of the support staff! Dave Grandquist is always so helpful. No matter what the circumstances or situation, Dave and his mechanics find a way to get it done. My most recent service need was to repair the lights and turn signals. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family and I thought that my Chevy Impala would be in the funeral procession. The vehicle had several lights out and the turn signals were not working properly. This would not have looked good at all in a funeral procession. I immediately called Dave and asked him if I were to bring my Chevy Impala in the following day at about 10 am, could he have his technicians repair the lights and signals. Dave said that, of course he could. So I brought the vehicle in the next day at 10 am, and we were on our way at 10:30 am with everything working properly. Dave and his techs are just the best! I thank the good Lord that I have Dave, his techs and Jennings Chevrolet to take care of my vehicle.

We've bought 4 cars from this dealership, and each time we come to them, we have a great experience. I recently bought my very first car and Adel helped me a lot throughout the process. He's very professional, caring, and even charismatic. He truly seeks to help you find what you need according to your needs and your budget. Not only Adel, but the entire team at Jennings were kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

The facilities for waiting were outstanding. I was very comfortable and able to work my laptop. The service took a little longer than I expected but I did receive a call from the service provider with an apology. I enjoyed my experience at Jennings on Tuesday.

I didn't buy my last car at Jennings but have exclusively had my car serviced with you. When I needed a new car, I knew I wanted to buy from you. Buying a car from Nelson was so straightforward. He was honest and helpful through the entire process. I appreciated he understood how serious I was about buying the car. From Nelson, to the rest of the helpful sales staff, to financing, the entire process took just a few hours. Excellent experience all around.

On two separate occasions they claimed that their system marked my appointment as a “drop-off” when I specifically set “wait for vehicle”. It wasn’t until I showed the employee my confirmation, where it stated “wait for vehicle”, that he mentioned it was a bug and that they’re “working on it”. He offered no solution and told me that I had to wait 2-3 hours for my oil change. The whole reason I create an appointment is to have a smooth and quick experience so that I can continue with my day. I really believe that what’s really going on is they accept walk ins assuming that their reservations won’t show up, only to lie to their appointment holders if they do. This dealership is a 30 minute drive for me, so I set appointments at least a week in advance to assure a quick process. I have no choice but to find another dealership that will respect my time and honor my appointments.

Decades ago, this might have been a decent dealership. But, now they are a complete rip off.Under the management/owners' direction, ALL the sales people will tell you that all cars have a $4,000 markup. This markup applies to all cars sold off their lot as well as to all custom ordered vehicles directly from the factory. When you ask them how they justify this 4k markup or "market adjustment", as the dealership refers to it, the response is a lame canned answer."ALL THE DEALERS IN THE AREA ARE IMPOSING THIS MARKUP. IF THEY AREN'T, THEN THEY'LL HIT YOU WITH IT AT SOME OTHER POINT IN THE SALE TRANSACTION"For those of you reading this review, that statement is an outright LIE!I encourage everyone to do their due diligence and visit ANY other dealership:1) Libertyville Chevrolet at 1001 S. Milwaukee Ave.2) Golf Mill Chevrolet in Niles at 9530 N Greenwood Ave.3) Tasca Chevrolet in Wheeling at 700 W Dundee Rd.That's just to name a few, and please see/hear for yourselves that there is absolutely NO $4,000 markup on ANY vehicle.When I confronted the salesman (Nelson) at Jennings, the response he emailed back essentially read that the "market," which really meant unsuspecting customers, allowed for this markup because demand was so high and inventory so low. He then further doubles down on his claim and stated that they (dealership) are still selling through their inventory despite the 4k markup.LoL!Weeeellllllll, Mr. Jennings Salesman, maybe that crap excuse was marginally palatable during the pandemic when those statements of high demand / low inventory were true. However, the reality is that, although demand is still high, inventory isn't as low as you're claiming. Especially NOT at the point where a $4,000 markup can be justified on each and every vehicle you sell. Furthermore, IF you're selling through on your inventory, it is because your team of smarmy sales people are LIARS, and because the people coming through your doors aren't doing the research I did! I strongly urge all customers looking to purchase a vehicle to AVOID buying anything from this dealership.

I’ve been here a few times before for servicing on my vehicle with little to no issues. However, on this particular day when my vehicle was picked up after maintenance, the key I gave somehow had a broken button on it and that the reason was due to the key being “run” over by a car, which never happened ever. My key was totally fine with a buttons beforehand and we were told we had to pay a few hundred to replace it. Luckily I had a spare. Stress and frustration is the least I can say at the whole experience, but most of all appalled at it.

Hi we bought a demo car and are very happy overall and satisfied with the service. One small problem is that the back trunk door had some marks on the interior side that the they tried to clean out before the handover and it got worse.In addition some spray was sprayed on the the black exterior trim that has left dots- I hope they will come out… can I swing by to see if you can take care of it for us?

Just bought a CPO trailblazer from Mike at Jennings and absolutely recommend seeing him for any of your car needs. He was honest, helpful, and actually pleasant to work with. Jennings was also the ONLY dealer I went to that had the car pulled up and ready to go for my appointment (trust me this is rare - I've been to a dozen dealers over the past month). Thrilled with my new-to-me car and will definitely be back for my next one!
