I have been their customer for over ten years, some time ago I picked up my pants with a stain, when I went to complain they said they didn't fix the stain, they didn't even offer to repair it.

I went back to Glenbrook Cleaners and they got the spots out that they previously didn't and I was very pleased. They wouldn't charge me either so I'm updating my review.
