They replace my valve cover gasket if you look at the pictures, they did a nice job clean the engine like it’s brand new again really appreciate the good work they do. and they replace my left side exhaust gasket without me asking them keep up the good work.

Entire oil change process was smooth.Work was performed as expected.Waiting area is very nice.Good communication and very friendly.There certainly are a lot of people that work there and they all look busy.

I have bought many cars in my life but when I walked into Fields I was welcomed by a sales rep named Rene Chavez. He was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I found a Jeep that we wanted and did our negotiating. We were ready to purchase until we found out someone else was in financing already purchasing that same Jeep. Rene handled the situation with wonderful professionalism and helped us find another Jeep right away. You could definitely tell he has a ton of experience at his job because of the wonderful way he handled everything! Rene along with the manager of sales were very helpful and we were able to purchase my new Jeep. I would not only highly recommend Fields dealership but I would definitely recommend you asking for Rene when you walk through the doors! Thank you again Rene, I will definitely be back to see you again!

I have only great things to say about my experience buying at Fields. I found a wrangler that fit all of my specifications and made an appointment to test drive it on their website. It was pulled up to the front of the dealership before I arrived (at open). I worked with Sales Consultant Keyon Bevans. He was kind, knowledgable and not at all pushy. He was patient with my questions and pointed out additional things I didn’t know I would want to know. After the purchase was official, he took the time to help me get setup in the vehicle and practice taking the top on/off. I truly felt like his number 1 priority was being helpful, making sure I was confident in my choice and then guiding me through the buying process. This is such a different experience than other jeep dealerships I had visited on my purchase journey. Huge fan of this dealership and especially Keyon and his team.

Went in to get new tires. Came in without an appointment in the “express lane”. They told me i only needed one tire and the others could be rotated. Whole thing took 35min start to finish. Amazing! And, they had friendly and fair priced service and parts.

Phenomenal service! I had an issue with my tires, Peter got me EXACTLY what I needed and the technicians got the job done fast! I was in at 7:30 am and at the office by 9:30 am with 4 new tires. Great waiting area, solid wifi, and tasty snacks. They make the service and waiting more enjoyable than most.

Great experience purchasing my new car with Adrian. Very professional, patient and did great with communicating with me. I went back and forth on two different brand cars and he was great about it and supported whatever my decision. Great guy!!!! Will definitely recommend him to all my peeps!!! I was able to get an oil change same day with no appt thru their Express Lube. Did a great job. No leaks. Asked if I needed a wash plus I know they have the right oil and the mechanic has seen a Jeep. Some of the other express places just worry me a bit with their service . Not here. Friendly people, great waiting area with coffee and soda, almost no line- but I am not telling what time it was when I was there. I was right in and felt good about the work. Prices are dealer prices but for an oil change not too much more. For sure I’ll be back!

Tracy was fantastic throughout. She listened to the issues I was having with my older vehicle, researched and diagnosed each and provided excellent follow up communication. The technicians that made the repairs were excellent and the vehicle drives better now than it has in a long time. Thank you Fields team.

I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler that is starting to have corrosion issues on the the exterior body, door hinges, tailgate behind the tire carrier the front of the hood. Paint is bubbling and flaking which will lead to rust. Chrysler and all dealers are aware of this issue. And will fix it if still under warranty which it is. I stopped in at Fields in Glenview for advice to see how to fix the problem. I spoke with a service writer and explained the issue. And her response is to bring it to the dealer it was purchased at. I bought my jeep used and not from a Chrysler jeep dealer, but I have it serviced at fields for all its needs. I have bought other vehicles from fields too. And they have always been my dealer of choice until now. The service writer brought me into to another lady. I forget her name but have her card if fields cares to know. She told me Chrysler says any dealer would fix the issue. But fields isn’t taking anymore peopleWith this issue. They have a 2 year backlog for it. And they farm out the repairs to local body shops. Chrysler isn’t even doing the repairs. She said but I’m still welcome to do all other service needs there. I feel like I was getting blown off. I will never give fields my business for anything again.

We had an engine issue with our retired loaner from Fields. Our Service Advisor, Peter, took excellent care of us. He kept us informed periodically during the lengthy process of getting the warranty approval and paid extra attention to our concerns. Shannon, the boss lady of the loaners, was amazing. She got us a replacement loaner, once it became available, to better fit our family. Really, every employee we've interacted with has been great. All worked out in the end and as always we were very pleased with Fields' quality customer service and high-level of care and amenities.

Extremely satisfied with this service appointment. The service advisor Peter was excellent to communicate with, work with, and understood our issues with the jeep. I had a seamless and pleasant car buying process courtesy of Adrian! He was knowledgeable when explaining the differences/amenities between the Jeep Grand Cherokee models and gave honest, straight forward answers to my questions.
