I am so glad someone told me to go to this Lexus! I just moved back from California, and my check BSM system light came on. Everything went really smoothly from scheduling to leaving. Kevin helped me out immediately and then Jeff provided excellent care to make sure I knew exactly what would need to be done. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have any surprises or pay for anything unnecessarily. They also have very clean and well maintained facilities. Their waiting area includes a cafe that appeared to be all complimentary. From coffee to snacks and sandwiches. What a great Lexus dealership. It was wayyyy better than my dealership in Orange County! Even though I'm currently living an hour and a half from Field's, that's still where I'll be doing business from here on out.

Our experience with Fields and Michael Kim was fantastic. We were buying a used car. and Michael was knowledgeable and not pushy. He allowed us to take the car to a sister Fields dealer who was of the same make for an inspection. I have to say the customer service at the other dealer was above and beyond (definitely earned my future service business). The price was fair, the car delivered was detailed to the nines. Overall our experience was outstanding. If you’re on the fence, go with Fields. They are amazing at customer service.

Jim was very proactive in finding the car which we wanted and was successful finding the perfect vehicle. He was fair in coming to a deal and very good explaining all the technology. My experience was very positive and I would highly Fields Lexus and specifically Jim Dyra.

Paul at Fields Lexus Glenview explained how the waiting list for a new RX 350h works and it played out exactly the way he told us. He notified us everytime a new car became available and helped us find one with the features we wanted. The purchase itself and picking up the car was a snap. We are very happy with our experience at this dealership,

I was referred to Fields by a family member and was not disappointed. Bob and Howard took their time and made sure I was comfortable with the car and all of its functions. The finance manager was amazing! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from any of the Fields dealerships but especially Fields Lexus. Thank you to everyone at Fields.

We recently purchased a used vehicle at Fields Lexus and worked with Jim Dyra. Jim was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable salesman, accommodating, super polite and patient without any high pressure tactics that we've experienced at other dealers. He really did make our car buying experience a very good experience. The Fields service team did a great job on fixing and addressing all the items we wanted taken care of before purchasing the vehicle Fields Lexus is not very local to where we reside. But we will definitely be going back to Fields Lexus for service and for our next Lexus.

Disappointed that it took so long to diagnose the issue. I decided to wait at the dealership rather than take a loaner since it was possible the solution might be a simple fix. I was told to expect about an hour for the diagnosis. After about an hour and a half I went to the service agent to find out what was taking so long. The answer was that they had not even started to look at the car. After almost two hours I was informed that it was in fact an easy fix which I approved. Fix was done quickly which is why I gave a 4 star rating. Maybe higher than deserved.

I find it hysterical that people leave reviews about bad car wash when it's free it's not meant to be a detail. It's a free car wash and that's what you leave your reviews based on? Maybe next we could review the free café and complain that they don't serve caviar and filet mignon.....Just proof that you can't make everyone happy. Stop being a cheap ass if you want your car perfect pay and get a detailed somewhere. If you're gonna review leave something that we could all benefit from.

I purchased my 2016 ES 350 brand new from Bredemann Lexus in Sept. 2015. This is the longest vehicle I have ever owned, it is damn near perfect. I have nearly purchased 90+ new vehicles since I was in high school. I have dealt with the Bredemanns since the 70's and never regretted a purchase. I was saddened when I learned that Marty Bredemann had to relinquish his dealership to other family members who then sold it to the Fields Auto Group. Bredemann Lexus under the control of Marty and his employees knew how to treat their customers, a rarity in todays world. Sure problems occasionally cropped up but generally they were rectified with the customers best interest at heart. I have sent quite a few customers to purchase a Lexus from the Bredemanns and have yet to find any of them less then 100% satisfied.Then came along Fields Lexus and boy did things change (for the worse) . Many fine people left the establishment after working for Marty. They simply could not / would not conform to the new way of doing business the Fields way. The management team along with the employees seem to enjoy being argumentative with customers that purchased their Lexus's from the Bredemanns. There are service consultants to the likes of Bianca James and Marvin Dumanlang in my opinion have no business posing as service consultants and representing the Lexus brand. Being pompous is not a good look on them, yet they seem to get pleasure from their behavior. Then there's the Service Director, Anthony Thommes " a piece of work" what an example to the Service Consultants under him, another fine example of " how not to treat customers". Have you gotten your Lexus washed at Fields since the acquisition? Piss Poor at best, they run it through the wash, carpet is vacuumed, and then a half assed job of towel drying. When Bredemann had the dealership the interior windows were cleaned, the dash was wiped down, the carpet was vacuumed, dressing on the tires and a much more thorough towel drying. It made you feel special that your driving a Lexus, it made me feel good.If you happened to look at sites such as "Yelp" you'll notice there is not one Lexus dealership in the Chicago area that gets at least four stars, two or three stars season to be the norm. I'm been looking to purchase an additional 2024 Lexus, but I may have to look at the competition because I hate to give my money to a dealership that has terrible reviews and a less than honest reputation. This service department is hit or miss. The good thing is that they always have loaners, which is a major reason that you buy a luxury car. You rarely feel the love from the staff though. They just don't care. Made an appointment online for the 60K service on my 2019 RX 450h. I logged in, and it pulled up my exact vehicle. The price that it quoted me was $1395 + tax. I requested a couple additional services and added in the notes, "a please call to confirm and give total estimate." I only got text and email confirmations, no call or estimate. When I get to the dealership the next week, Melinda tells me that the price of the 60k service alone is $2100. When I mention the price when I booked the appointment, she first tells me that that price doesn't include labor. What? So for $1395 you hand me the spark plugs and filters and I put them in myself? I then ask for the manager and they tell me that the website isn't VIN specific and they wouldn't honor the online price. Considering that I logged in and it pulled up my car for me, I find this difficult to believe. I had to haggle with them just to get them to a price close to what another dealer would have charged me.

The service at Fields Lexus Glenview is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The attention to detail and the quality of service provided were outstanding. My vehicle was serviced promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary refreshments. Fields Lexus Glenview certainly sets a high standard for customer service in the automotive industry, and I highly recommend them for all your Lexus service needs.

I had a great experience ; in buying process, I spent 99% of my time with David B . ; he is a great salesman .Added review :Well I rated them 5 in buying experience . Here is my experience when i had to sell my car which was only 3400 miles driven and I had to leave the countryWhile selling , DO NOT tell them your personal situation. They are heartless and won’t lose a chance to bully you to sell at lower price .Also DO NOT trust their words / quotes on phone - they are sweetest- go to multiple dealerships if you have time .1) I emailed the person I bought from and transparently described my situation that I have to sell because I am leaving country and I have around 3400 miles2) the person connected me with an agent who was super nice and quoted me 560003) Once I reached , he asked me personal questions to gain understanding of my flight4) once he realized I have to sell in a limited time , he said 53000 , on which I disagreed and asked me that he quoted 56000 and now I don’t have time5) He furthermore called me a Pakistani ( just because I have a beard ) and also asked me to collect check next day to make it more difficult ( because I had a disagreement )6) while pick up check he declined my calls ; while getting quote he called me 5 times

I was very pleased with their service. Jesse was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be coming again!Detailed review:I originally came in for an oil change. They were willing to accommodate my request of tire rotation and paint touch-up on the doors. The tech found a water pump leak and recommend to replaced spark plugs. I was able to get all these services done in one day!

Another visit on 09/27/22, another pleasant experience :-)It is my dealeship since 2016 with my second ES350. Visits there are always great: good service, nice faces, and - recenty -a lot of food (hot ones included!) to eat in a new cafeteria! Really.A few years ago I was told by a local tire shop owner that I need new tire pressure gauges - for about $800.That did sound fishy, so I drove to Glenview and Kevin told meit is a BS....saviing me ALL that money;a dishonest person would say: "well, we can save youa loooot of money! We'll do it for only $499".I will never buy another car than Lexus and will ALWAYS go toFields LExus. Thank you all there a lot!
