F45 is great! All of the coaches have great energy and really make the workouts fly by. Definitely recommend! F45 is my favorite workout class that I’ve ever done.

I look forward to every class I have scheduled here! I have been working out for years, but I have seen significant progress in the time I have been a member, more progress than I ever saw when I was going to big box gyms. Coaches are excellent here - always providing form corrections and progressions/regressions to exercises if needed. Would recommend to anyone in town to try!

I joined St. Phillips F45 when they first opened in January of 2021. I have been going for a little over a year now and do not plan on stopping anytime soon. I love the workouts, the staff and the comradery of the studio as a whole. It is super fun and everyone is encouraging and kind. The coaches and members always bring a smile to my face and make any day better. It's also just a super effective workout and they play awesome music to get you in the zone. Love it here so much!!! Coach gracyn is the best and I love her!

I have been searching since I moved to Tucson in 2019 for the best gym in town and have felt absolutely lost until I stumbled into F-45 St. Phillips. Let me start by saying I have become absolutely humbled by the workouts each week... not only is it the hardest workouts I have ever done in my life (coming from a college athlete), but the staff is also extremely knowledgeable and push me to my absolute limits. Every time I want to give up and drop a weight the trainers have been at my side assisting me or encouraging me to keep going. Cannot say enough positive things about this gym! If you are looking for a positive healthy change, consider checking them out- perks come with nutrition plans and so much more. **Also, the gym is extremely clean and sanitize after each exercise**

You’ll get a great workout in a clean environment. The workouts are already set up for you and change daily - some days are more strength focused and others are more cardio heavy. The coaches are super helpful and will definitely push you. The music is always upbeat and helps make the 45 minute workout fly by. It’s the best gym I’ve tried in Tucson.

The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and they push you. I didn’t start working out until my late 20’s, so lifting weights and working out in a gym felt very foreign to me in the beginning. The trainers at this gym will welcome you with open arms, no matter your skill level! 10/10 would recommend.

I have worked out with weights my entire adult life. I haven't pushed myself to get what I really want/need from the same old weight routine. For my last "big" birthday, my daughter gave me a 10-session pack - and it's truly made my life better - much better! These workouts can be tough but fair. They are dynamic (ever-changing) and provide a full body workout that the trainers create for each class - making it "mindless" production! (a good thing) The sessions increase my energy, enhance my mood, and provide a sense of accomplishment - and my body has already seen positive change. What more could one want from your workouts? Trainers Chris and Marly are focused on getting you through in a positive, energetic environment. 100% recommend to anyone that needs that "little push" to break your inertia!

I'm new to Tucson and F45 but can't say enough about how amazing this experience has been so far! The workouts are for new and experienced people because you work at your own pace during each station/ set. High energy atmosphere with great trainers and playlists are a 10/10. Highly recommend F45 St. Phillips!

After about a month of looking for a gym or studio to join in Tucson I tried F45 and haven’t looked back. My first class was with Cameron and Micaleigh and they are easily some of the most attentive, enthusiastic, and encouraging coaches I’ve met.Gracyn, Marley, Cameron and Micaleigh are all patient, educated and invested not only in your progress but in your safety. As someone with previous injuries, I was hesitant to try group classes.
