I originally went in to get my wedding ring cleaned . It was white gold and needed to be redipped and cleaned . They did all that with in an hour and it looked better than it did when I got it! I went back to get my husband a custom ring and Bryan was so kind he sat with me and helped me design it. When I got it, it was better than expected ! Customer service is a ten! The jewelry they have is top notch quality with fair pricing! My one and only jeweler !

I very rarely post anytime but feel I need to in this case. Bryan and Chris at Freytag Fine Jewelers were absolute amazing, kind, honest and open during my recent transactions at the store. Bryan, the owner, answered all my questions fully; making sure I was comfortable with the transaction. I never felt rushed at all. What a great vibe. I was looking for a trustworthy jeweler and I finally found one! I had a diamond ring repaired here. They did an excellent job. It was also very quick and affordable. What a wonderful experience with Freytag. I walked in with the plan of leaving my ring and I was taken care of immediately! An hour later my ring was back on my finger and looking gorgeous.
