“Austin was amazing, very professional, and extremely patient the other night. He sat on the phone for well over 2 hrs, and two customer service reps later, when they were still refusing to bypass a puk code and unlock my compromised phone, he decided to try something outside of the box, so I didn't have to drive to Phoenix or Vegas and thank god it worked. Which was awesome, because my phone was unlocked, we all learned something new, and he also made it very clear to Verizon reps on phone that it would obviously have been a huge inconvenience for me to have to drive 4hrs to have phone unlocked when they could've just bypassed it. I had shown him my ID I had my tablet showing that the phone was mine, I just couldn't get into phone nor could I get into email to get codes that were being sent, because the person responsible for this whole mess had compromised everything. At the end of my visit, I had a working phone that couldn't be hacked to that extent again and I can't wait for my new phone to arrive and new tablet at a hell of a discount and my bill will even be cheaper. Austin is there to make sure customers are happy and receive every perk with great advice and exceptional, professional customer service. Thanks Austin I hope they promote you with a nice big raise.”

“Alas! Back on Boost! I was with Boost for 3 years and regretted getting stuck on AT & T for the last couple of years for a "free phone". I went in to changeover to Boost and went through 3 MORE hours of hell with AT & T trying to get my phone unlocked. Never again! So glad to be back with BOOST!”

“Didn't catch the guys name but he was excellent. He explained every movement he was doing, and even used the waiting time to go help other customers. He explained everything in terms we understood clearly and gave us gave us multiple ways of transferring the info between phones. I've honestly never had such a quick, pleasurable experience with upgrading phones. I wish I caught the gentleman's name! Location was by Food City in Lake Havasu April 17th. Great job young man!Also kudos to the other young man who handled the unruly customers he had to deal with. You handled it very well and very professional. You smiled and didn't show AT ALL that you were flustered or mad. Excellent job you 2!”
