“I ordered some items via the target app via a drive up pick up. I don't normally go to this target but they had what I needed. I'm impressed that the drive up pick up parking area is not anywhere near the entrance/exit to the target which makes navigating the parking lot and avoiding a highly traffic area with those on foot entering and exiting target ...smart move target!”

“I was able to fix some of the errors in my billing when I switched plans. There was some misunderstanding on my end, but some issues resulted in my bill being higher than agreed. The team members were able to make the adjustments with corporate and sent me on my way. Thanks for your help. 4/5 is because of the many hours I had to spend in order to resolve the issue”
